I had some perishable drives that failed(you know mechanical drives) and the team RMAed the failed units and sent me replacements right away. Customer focused and just like GM they are Professional Grade. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend using Vista to source your data center equipment. They've: servers, switching, storage, etc. They've outdone themselves on not just one piece of infrastructure but every single component.

The Vista staff is helpful, friendly and easy to work with! They were able recommend a solution based on my environment and requirements, and help me save a ton of money with certified refurbished hardware. I'll definitely be coming back!

Their staff is extremely responsive, and Vista's warranty can't be beat! (At least from what I've seen from other companies.) If I didn't know any better, I would think it was too good to be true, but it's not. We've had to use it and they came through!

Vista sells a lot of different brandsall the big names (Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.) It doesn't seem like they could be experts in all of it, but they pull it off somehow. I haven't had a bad experience yet!

I had to return some gear that I ordered by mistake and re-order the gear I actually needed. Kevin was extremely helpful and I am very satisfied with Vista as a networking partner.

For the most part very happy with the purchase of the server. You have to be very careful with CPU versions EG V2 vs V3 etc as the CPU numbers are often the same but can have very different specs.
I wish I could order these on a PO but I cannot, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The account rep stopped us when we showed him a quote for what we said we want because he said the solution wouldn't work. We got a second opinion, they were right! The solution they offered afterwards was better and cheaper. Wonderful.

I could not believe what they managed to do in just 2 weeks. 4 blade chassis. 64 blades. 8 switches. Fully configured, tested, talking to each other, and ready to go.
