I would not have been encouraged to write a review had it not been for the terrible response I received from customer service. I purchased contacts on 5/14/2020. The tracking advised that I would receive these on Friday 5/22. They also advertise on their website that shipping is 4-7 days. It is now 5/24 and the package isn't even on its way to my home. This is 10 days from when I purchased them and 9 from when they were supposedly shipped. I reached out to try to find out when they would arrive so that I could make other plans. Not only was my question not answered, but I was advised the obvious "it would arrive later than expected." That was it. Just an obvious answer that did not help me at all. I'm ordering contacts here, not a sofa. Time is of the essence. We have been dealing with a pandemic for months, if that will delay times then do not advertise 4-7 days. I'm really disappointed and will go elsewhere.

Not well prepared during the COVID-19 situation. I was finally able to get in touch with store in my area and they were able to help. Now know in the future I need to obtain my vision prescription to carry with me at all times so I can order on-line and not have to rely on services from store.
