Have used VisionPros.ca twice now and have been very happy. Would recommend ordering from them. The shipping was fast and the price of my Frequency 55 lenses was excellent -- by comparison to what I used to pay for them in the EU.
Nothing wrong with the site or ordering process. The contacts received seem to be inferior quality.
I have only ordered brands that I have used extensively over the past few years and both times have been disappointed with the contacts received. They seem hard and hurt my eye. I know it is not the brand of contacts because in using dozens of other boxes, I have never experienced that unless the contacts were old/dried out.
I will never purchase from this site again.
It\'s wonderful to be able to return an unopened box of contact lenses when there\'s a change in prescription strength.
