The overall experience was good, However shipping charges are extremely high considering the overall weight and size of the contacts ordered. I may look elsewhere next time I need to reorder due to the shipping charges. No problems with the actual product or services, Just extremely high shipping in my opinion. What good is it to find good prices on contacts when you loose all the discount benefit after shipping charges are added. Contacts weigh almost nothing even in the boxes.

Your website would not take a correction for the number of boxes. I had to go in, delete old number and close out and start over.
I did not pick up that these were a knock off brand so I won't order anymore in the future. Johnson & Johnson I can depend on but a knock off brand is not dependable.
