I order Acuvue Trueye 1-day contact lenses. I find a number are defective in every batch. It is not a large number, but higher than contacts I order from clearlycontacts, typically 1-3 defective lenses out of a pack of 30. I think the value is still better given your lower prices, but quality control is something you should keep an eye on.
Also, I really hate the additional handling fee that gets added in at the last second. Please roll this into shipping fee or make this very apparent up front. Because of this fee, I have been shopping for an alternative provider with more up front and simple pricing that is still competitive. I have found one, but am a little uncomfortable because they are relatively new. However, once they get a more established track record, I may switch over because they do not sneak in a handling fee, but make their prices apparent up front.

When were you going to tell me about the 3.95 for insurance?
There was an issue with the check-out. After clicking checkout, I needed to enter my email and password (since I was a previous customer). Then I could not find my shopping cart and I had to re-renter my order again.
One other thing -- the actual order was not shipped until almost one week later. And I received it 10 days after ordering which includes 3 days to ship to Ontario. That's lengthy if the item was in stock.
