Very unhappy with contacts, did not change my eye color at all, nowhere did it state that it would not change the eye color for people with brown eyes
Given the option to return, but I couldn't return opened pair, and I was told I had to pay to return the contacts, which is not fair. The contacts didn't change my eye color as stated, and I shouldn't have to pay for return unopened contacts.
Will be calling again to speak to a supervisor or manager to request FREE return shipping :(

My issue is that the order was to be here in time for vacation it said 2-3 days paid the extra for it and didn't get here in time to take on vacation. This is her daughter answering the questions since she is on vacation for 2 weeks.
It was easy. I am just a little disappointed that it gave a coupon code at the top of the page for 10% off HSS10 but when I typed that in it said invalid. Got my hopes up.
