Do not trust this company. They offer a 100% money back guarantee, but refuse to honor it. I had to stop payment on my credit card. Although, they are required by law, to provide the codes to the owner of the website, in violation of the law, this company refused to do so. I have on tape that they even asked me to lie and state, in writing, I was happy with their website in order for them to release the code to me, which I did not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A very big mistake if you do.

Warning: This company engages in dishonest practices. They relentlessly request payments, provide no results, and continue charging without delivering. Suspect all their 5-star reviews are fabricated. They insist on money transfers or card payments; I regretfully transferred £180. Be cautious and steer clear.

I recently engaged with Visionary Web Designs for my project, and the experience left much to be desired. The communication was inconsistent, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the final product fell short of expectations. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional encounter.

We never received anything that looked like a website. Not even a home page. Visionary Web Design showed us themes, we liked them. For the entire month, there were excuses as to why they hadn't done any work. Their proposal was to complete in 30 days. We're out money, but you don't have to be. DON'T use Visionary Web Design.

After enduring four months of rudeness, my patience was tested, yet my website remained incomplete despite the time invested.

My site is incomplete 11 months on, OLIVER ROSS JOSH MIDDLETON LIAM ZANDER JUSTIN MURPHY & DEREK H are the protagonists involved in this sophisticated scam, if you paid by credit card raise a SECTION 75 Claim against them to get your money back! I have reported them to ACTION FRAUD.

The customer service was great, the project was done before the deadline and it was very good. I will use them again I cannot believe how well it turned out. I am so thankful for their help and would recommend Visionary Web Designs to anyone! It's been an absolute pleasure with someone who actually cares about your business. To anyone looking for quality services you should not be even considering anyone else as they are truly the best.

Visionary Web Design fell short of expectations. Their communication was inconsistent, and the promised creative flair was absent in the generic design delivered. Timelines were disregarded, causing project delays. The overall experience was frustrating, and the final product lacked the innovation one would anticipate from a purportedly visionary team.

Scammed me out of my money, and never delivered a website. They promised me to pay me back, but they never did, and they find an excuse every time to not pay me back.

We used theae people to build our website, unfortuanrely they took our money and never completed anyrhing. After 6 months of chasing them we tried to arrange a meeting and they just avoided us. There address and locations do not exist.

Where do we start… Andrew, very good at selling what bemunchie offer and talked a big game. When things started going wrong, I received a call from Andrew informing me he would now take over and make sure everything going forward would run smoothly. Didn't hear from Andrew ever again.

It took them 3 months to design our new website. 3 months to create one page. Most the design actually came from us and not there design team. From the very start we informed bemunchie of the time frame due to our current hosting coming to end.
With this in mind we were without a website for multiple days due to a number of technical reason. Yes, we agreed on the design (we didn't have much choice due to the length of time they took to design our website)

When we finally received the final draft (once we had paid in full) it's was a total disaster. Bemunchie don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. "They are the experts" well I can tell you they are NOT. Simple things were not done, and I don't believe their technical capabilities are good enough.

Due to this, we have lost business and have been financially affected by bemunchie and their incompetence to deliver a simple website.
We have been left with no choice but to start the whole process again with another company due the shocking website provided by Bemuchie (our new website was completed within 9 days and completely hassle free)

I also made a mistake by using bemunchie for our social media. Again, delayed by several weeks and when they finally provided us with their post designs a 5-year-old could have done a better job. Honestly, they were that bad.

Finally gave up on the social media and requested a refund (which took several weeks to be returned after countless follow ups

Finally, they offered us compensation and I was totally insulted by their offer considering we can't even use the website they provided and we had to start from scratch.

We have been forced to instruct a solicitor as Bemunchie Online has cost our business thousands of pounds.

"Partnership fell short" what a load of absolute nonsense. You sold us your services and didn't deliver in a number of aspects.
You clearly don't have high standards or any form of customer service. Your website design and social media lack any credibility in our opinion and down to technical issues on your side we lost thousands in pounds in revenue. The FACT still remains you left us without a website and access to all of our emails for several days due to total incompetence. After three months of headache's and loss of complete confidence in your company, we were left but with no other choice than to seek out alturnative companies and to just start a new website from scratch because dealing with your company and what you produced over that period was a complete disaster. Something basic of which you couldn't deliver in three months, we found a company to do in 9 days completely hassle free. You clearly made several mistakes and that's why you offered extra services for free and let's be honest here, even that was a nightmare with countless mistakes/spelling errors/duplications, etc. So much of our time was wasted and you have the audacity to blame us for your incapability. The lack of communication was very much on the side of bemunchie. You have no intention in compensating us with a reasonable amount of money for service you clearly couldn't deliver and the time wasted over that three month period.

FRAUD STAY AWAY! FAKE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS!- My experience with this company has been exceptionally poor, the Customer Service, Communication, Poject Management and Web Development Competencies and attention to detail are not to a professional standard are very very poor so you will be highly disappointed!
I upgraded from the £1000 package to the £2.5K Delux package including hosting, security content and optimisation (SEO onsite & SERP with advertising, backing building for 6 months campaign) which cost over £5.2K, 9 months on and my site is incomplete (STRUCTURE CODING CONTENT etc.), the professional content does not exist as I had to write it over the 9 months, it is still riddled with errors, photos and videos not in the correct product sections etc. Trust Pilot and Payment gateways not integrated!
Visionary Web design refused to do the T&C's, Trading Terms and Privacy Statement/Policy which I had to provide even though these were in our SOP/Contract as they wanted extra fees included additional sums for adding a cookie policy BUTTON arguing it was new ePR & GDPR EU law although infact it was enacted over a year before our contract was initiated.
They are constantly pushing for advertising revenue using super hard sales tactics so "Buyer Be Aware!". If you pay with a credit card you can use a section 75 claim to put this company to rights and claim your money back from the credit card company.
I have checked the details on Companies House register and it was initially Slough UK based and is not on their register any longer. Also the St Martins Lane Holborn London address seems to be a shell company only. There are no directors listed on the site, no customer service line and it is impossible to speak to a senior director to resolve any issues.
The Customers Reviews have to be questionable as this is one if the worst offenders out there.

Keep away from this company complete FRAUD. I lost alot of money and paid 100 % upfront for a project I never received. Check other 1 star review about them, where they scammed other people.
