DO NOT make payments through this company - I ordered shoes via www.asics-running-shoes.org. I have not received any response from the company after the first initial payment - when visamasterpay sent through an email with what now looks like a dodgy order number. There are no contact details given on the email as to who the courier is for the shoes. Hopefully my bank will be able to investigate this - I contacted them this morning & they said if I did not receive the shoes I will be able to send through a complaint to them & they will investigate. Judging from other peoples emails from another website, they are a dodgy company in China selling people rip-off products or not sending the items to customers at all - buyer beware!
I have to admit, i was slightly concerned when goods I ordered were taking longer to arrive than originally quoted. I contacted Visamasterpay.com, and they gave me assurances that they had contacted the seller and a tracking number, which although gave a very vague indication where my goods were, I did eventually receive the intended items. So if anything else, I can only reap praise for their help and assurances.
I have been conned out of £94. Yes, assurances were made by visamasterpay but that was 2 months ago. I have only just read this review site and have to accept that it's actually happened to me. Gutted...

FRAUDLENT SITE! This is based in China and has NOTHING to do with VIsa or Mastercard. It shows up as *******@sitecomplaint.com. The customer service email or number given is all linked to the other fraudulent site that you purchased from! They also list their customer service email as *******@sitecomplaint.com.
Answer: So visamasterpay has your account info? You might want to check into those accounts and see if you can change the information so that they don't have a hold of it anymore...
