The company's reputation is significantly marred by widespread customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to poor customer service and technical issues related to redeeming rewards. Many customers report frustration with expired cards, unresponsive support, and difficulties accessing funds. While a few users have had positive experiences with successful redemptions, these are overshadowed by the prevailing sentiment of incompetence and perceived dishonesty. Overall, the company appears to struggle with reliability and effective communication, leading to a lack of trust among its customer base and prompting numerous complaints to regulatory bodies.

This is a virtual ripoff company. Avoid using. Tried to use on several different vendors and the card was declined. Lost a special offer and a waste of time. The merchants will NOT accept this form of payment. They miss lead you in believing the card can be used with any merchant and it is easy. I am taking this matter further with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I was given a 300 gift card and while on the website it glitched, it caused me to end up with a target gift card instead of a amazon gift card. This was THEIR issue with THEIR site but is now my problem as they refuse to fix it.
The Virtual Rewards card has terms and conditions that are so vague that you need to calculate the exact time and date that the card expires.
The card in question expired on March 31,2019 but the true expiration of the card occurred based on UTC time, which I believe the average person would not know what that means.
After emails and a conversation with the Manager, it is clear that the terms are intentionally hard to understand and the hard stance that no expired funds can be made available is unconscionable.
This company hopes that there will be expired funds so they can basically steal from the card holder.
Answer: Email only, they do reply on EST time. So if you need help on the west coast it is not the best.
