I ordered a promotional shirt. There is no size guide. I ordered a small, what I wear in every other shirt. It's too small. When I contacted customer service to exchange it for a medium they never replied. I contacted them again and they just copy and pasted a section from the FAQ, which I already read. So now I paid $30 for a shirt that I can't wear.

Very disappointed, customer service has not responded to multiple emails going on a week

I would like a refund right away!

The picture they show you to get you to buy the shirt, isn't the one you get. Mine looked nothing like the picture I saw. My shirt was faded and not worth the money or time it took to get here!

I ordered the shirt because I am a retired nurse else daughter went to U of O. I have been a faithful Duck fan ever since. I was enthused to see the shirt for nurses so I ordered it. It came in a reasonable time.

The purchasing process and delivery were great. Order came in a timely manner. When I opened the package I instantly got hit with what seems like a vinegar smell. I washed the shirt instantly and the smell disappeared, but it was pretty terrible.

Size seems to be on the small side not sure if stated as adult or child when ordering.The brewers logo is smaller than pictures in the as shown. My son likes it so that's all that really counts.

The t-shirt and tank top I purchased are really good quality. The sizes run slightly smaller than I expected. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I really wish you would say who the tee shirt is made by. This tee shirt runs awesome. If I would known who tee shirt was made by, I would have bought med. Now the Large is way to big. Most tee shirts I have bought on line run small but not the ones you use.

1. Shipping and processing: Your patience is required until you actually get the product. Order put in on 9/29, got update on 10/2 that is being printed, shipping confirmation on10/10 (no carrier tracking number provided), and delivery on 10/16.
2. Product quality: I expected better quality fabric for a Tshirt they have to charge over $20. The printing is blurry.

Love the George Strait Song t-shirt. When I wore it everyone asked me to stop so they could read the shirt. I wished I knew that the shirts ran a little bit on the smaller side so I could have ordered the next size.
