Why am I being asked how to rate my experience when I have not received the product?
Worst experience I've had on a website. Didn't like the hat purchased and the site refused a return. Absolutely horrible.
As soon as I completed and paid I realized I entered the wrong shipping address. I immediately e-mailed customer support to make the change and heard nothing back.
Tried contacting customer service as the package was delivered to wrong address. It was supposed to have been corrected. But still went to wrong address. No response.
My shirt was exactly what I wanted and it is great quality and sizing is true. Will order from ViralStyle again.
BUYER BEWARE! This is the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a refund. I was told that the items were customized so I can't get refunded. These shirts were in your advertisement, I did not customize them. Also the items I received were not the shirts that were advertised, therefore, I should receive my refund. Never again and I will try my best to spread the word about your company. Viralstyle is not an upstanding company! BUYER BEWARE!

I thought I was purchasing an Adult Small but received a Child Small. Otherwise the product is as described.

Sizing is way too big, color is cheaply printed on shirt. Example of the shirt online was over emphasized. I would not order from this company again.
Although the sizing was fine. The silk screen used was either ripped or dirty and left paint marks on both my shirts.
I ordered 3 shirts... one has blurry print on it & the texture of the shirt is not good, in another shirt I ordered sz Large & received Extra Large. The third shirt I ordered is way small. Want to return them but wanted to contact them first. I sent 2 messages and nobody has contacted me back. Very upset that I even ordered from this company!
Disappointed with the quality. The second shirt I ordered was wrong size and style. Luckily it fit my daughter so I decided to keep it. For a 24 dollar t-shirt I expected better quality material and for the company to get my order right. Will not buy again from this company.
I was expecting the shirts graphics to be clean and clear but they were muddled and very pinkish orange. I will be returning. Did not even get to wear them during Halloween as I had planned

I received email updates throughout the process and received my order from Viralstyle quicker than I expected. The shirt and hoodie I ordered for my wife were perfect and I know she'll love them come christmas. I will not hesitate to order from Viralstyle again.
