Trust me the owner, Samuel Staniec, is a total scammer. You will order a product, you will never see any shipment and you will never receive a response from their email. Their chat widget on the front page is there to build trust. Their phone number will go unanswered - likely Google Phone number. He puts the phone number at the top and the widget bar to build trust. This has the markings of a total con.

I ordered and paid for vinyl art that was never shipped. I contacted the company via several emails, their online chat function and their ‘contact us' form – no reply from any of them. Very disappointed as the art was a (never-to-be-received) birthday gift for a friend. This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY – they steal your money and they won't deliver…customer service, gift expectations and your order! I am now going through the ‘dispute' process with ‘Apple Pay' to try to receive a refund. DO NOT USE!

I placed a rather large order, and 2 weeks later I had recieved no shipping notification. Emailed to ask what was going on and I was told that since I ordered it with a different label that each label would add an additional $5.00 to each record... which would increase my overall order by like 3000%. Nowhere does it say this on their website, and they chose to just ignore my order for 2 weeks until I reached out to them. My deadline for these are quickly approaching, and I assume i wont be recieveing them. They dont respond to emails or andswer the phone numbers listed. I would not use this company if i were you.

I had read some unsatisfactory reviews and was initially reluctant to order. I e-mailed with a question and got a very quick response. I had to follow-up with a phone question and my call was answered on the 2nd ring by a real person. He was very helpful and gave me the info I needed. I placed the order for a Rush vinyl clock and it arrived at my door in less than 2 weeks. Since each purchase is made to order I felt like this was a very reasonable time frame. The clock is perfect and will be a great gift for the Rush fan in my life.

We love the 3 clocks we finally got - they are exactly as shown in the shop's pictures. However, getting them delivered after I ordered them was extremely difficult. The chat feature on their website is not monitored. They also do not monitor emails. They sometimes answer the phone. They told me weeks ago that they'd turn the chat feature off, but never did. I placed my ordered on 5-3 and received it 6-11, and only after I called and emailed many many times. I even found a personal email address for the owner and sent him a message! (He didn't respond.) My order was apparently in the warehouse but no one had shipped it. Julian is the person who answers the phone - nice guy, sounds sincere but it's hard to believe what he says. These would be a great gift - and it was the only thing that suited our needs after looking at many other clocks - but I'm unlikely to buy from them again. Too much stress and no confidence that they will actually deliver. I just hope the clocks work for a long time!
