I love that they offer a lot of their basics in different colors. I was hesitant to order because of the mixed reviewsbut soooo glad that I did.As I talked their customer service agent on skype and they explained with me patiently. Good service I like!
I ordered a dress almost 5 weeks ago, got an order confirmation, but the item still has not shipped. I find that kind of delay unacceptable.
Emailed minutes after submitting my order to cancel due to wanting faster shipping. Never got a response!
I was warned not to ever purchase a dress online from China because they NEVER send the correct size but I thought I would give it a try regardless.
Very bad decision... I ordered a 2XL dress just to be on the safe side but it wasn't even big enough to be a medium size dress...
They shipped the item late, when I tried to cancel, they lied and said item already shipped. I paid for express shipping (4-7) days they didn't even ship the item until 10 days later. They failed to provide a service I paid for in addition to they lied about the status of my order. WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN!
They said it was express shipping that will take 4-7 days and today is the 7th day and I have yet to receive my order.
Quality thus far is decent for the price. Arrived on time... we shall see how it holds up when it's worn and put to the test with dancing.
For products this cheap I had low expectations but once I received my package I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect costume apparel. Also arrived quite fast so equally as impressed.

Not at all satisfying. Nowhere did the site provide the length of time to deliver and so only once I had paid did I find out that I will receive the item WAY after the deadline!
I'm still waiting on my package and my event has passed already and I pick the two day delivery I got my first package in two day and I order them at the same time so I couldn't wear the items I purchased
