I ordered a bathing suit from VintageClassy.com. After paying $9 in shipping and waiting three weeks for it to get here, I ended up with a completely different product and size than I ordered. When I emailed customer support they offered a 60% refund and said I could keep the product because shipping to China was too expensive. After some back and forth they offered a 70% refund or I could pay the shipping costs to return though they would not specifically promise a full refund. Either way between shipping costs and partial refunds I'm out about 2/3 the list price of the suit and have nothing to show for it.

I ordered 2 white dresses and instead received 3 dresses - none of which I ordered. The packaging came with no packing slips, dresses had no labels or sizes on them. Vintage Classy refused to refund me fully, as the other reviewer stated they offered to refund anywhere between 60-80% because the return shipping would be expensive. They also stated if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay the return shipping fees and wait until they received the package before the issued a refund. This is not a legit business. If you look at their social media tags none of them work - buyer beware, this is a scam.

I ordered a nice shirt - instead received a different poor quality shirt and a women's bathing suit - neither of which I ordered. After many broken English back and forth they are only offering a small, partial refund when I have the wrong items that I do not want and cannot use.
