I ordered a bathing suit from VintageClassy.com. After paying $9 in shipping and waiting three weeks for it to get here, I ended up with a completely different product and size than I ordered. When I emailed customer support they offered a 60% refund and said I could keep the product because shipping to China was too expensive. After some back and forth they offered a 70% refund or I could pay the shipping costs to return though they would not specifically promise a full refund. Either way between shipping costs and partial refunds I'm out about 2/3 the list price of the suit and have nothing to show for it.
