This sweatshirt did not look like the picture I've opened one of them and it has stains on it. I want to return all three because they were all for brothers and I'm not just giving two of them.the sweatshirt! I want to pay to return them either! I have not received a reply yet from my email.

Very poor quality. It's essentially an iron on on a thin sweatshirt. It looks like something you could have won on the jersey shore boardwalk in the 80s.
Disappointed in lack of timely communication. The website estimated 3 days to print plus shipping. It took a great deal longer to print and took long for anyone to get back with me on the explanation. I bought replacement gifts. Once the items arrived, I was pleased with the product, though I no longer needed them.
I took me about 4 times for the order to actually go through, that's the only reason it's not 5 stars.

In 2023 (almost 2024) waiting weeks for an item to ship is unheard of. If we wait for an item it must be great quality or customized etc. This sweatshirt was neither and didn't ship for more than 2 weeks after ordering. No poor experience to share just not a great experience or impressive quality.
Awful experience...still waiting on order placed Dec 11, payment taken out that day with expected delivery by Dec 24. Have not received anything as of Dec 26 and website still says order is still printing. No responses to chats or emails.

When the product arrived the vinyl applique/printing was crooked and not centered. As I was waiting on a response from this company I saw the same design in a store for $20 less and much better quality than what I received.
