First time user communication was a little slow for me, after reaching out got a quick response. Product was received in a timely manner and was satisfied with the quality.
I expected a printed with ink t-shirt but I didn't realize that the logos were iron-ons. Oh well they look nice for now. We'll see when I pull them out of the dryer.
The sweatshirt logo quality was cheap, I'll be surprised if it lasts one cycle in the wash.

I was hoping these would have been soft all around, the shirt and the logos. I loved the logos online, the old fashioned UF school logos looked so cool. But when they arrived, the logos were stiff and looked cheap. :(
Took 5-6 tries to checkout, the checkout page wouldn't load, then payment wouldn't process - no error messages displayed. Then, when it finally arrived several weeks later, the designs are plasticky-feeling iron-on transfers.
I ordered a retro hoodie on December 8 it clearly stated on the website that it took three days to process it took about 2 1/2 weeks. I was to get the order here at my home put it in with other packages to go to Texas. But it arrived on the 23rd so it didn't make it for Christmas. Now it might make it tooNew Year's! Very disappointed!

I ordered a shirt December 8 and didn't receive it until December 26. The cutoff date for arriving by Christmas was December 12 so I was surprised when it was still being printed on December 20th. In contacting customer service numerous ways, and numerous days I received only one response " it is being printed". Nothing about if it will arrive by Christmas, no apologies, nothing. There is no phone number to call so I had to email and submit a message through the website ( which deceiving looks like a chat but it's not). The price was good and the shirt looks nice but it's too late. I'm very disappointed in the customer service, it should have been prioritized being that Christmas was so close. I won't purchase from them again.
I received my sweatshirt and when I opened the package to look at it the print was peeling off already. Not happy at all with this.
