“If I could give ZERO Stars I would!”

WHY did I ever order from here? Ordered a camera on 9th September and now on 27th I STILL have not received it! I rang them a week ago and was told that it was with the carrier and that it would be delivered on 23rd. IT DID NOT ARRIVE! (Wasn't surprised). Rang up Menzies (their delivery people) this morning and was told that I needed to contact Viking again. I did, and got given the runaround again! This time claiming that the supplier is at fault! How could it be with the delivery people then suddenly it's not? Making up stories as they are going along. I have now told them I want an immediate refund. Their answer? Take my mobile number and a manager will ring me back. Yeah right. So now I am still nowhere with this and £344 down. I told them that if they continue this then it is FRAUD and I will be taking further action. We are also popular YouTubers with over 2100+ subscribers and even more all around other social media platforms. I have recorded all the conversations so far as will be showing this in a video to everyone shortly if I do not receive a quick refund, as to warn potential victims of this company.
