They make you stupid, make the reservation and then they call you saying that this rate no longer exists and that they have to charge more and if you ask to cancel they tell you that you have to pay... 1 hour or more on the call which is charged and I don't have my confirmation…
Do not try to save a few dollars and go with this company save yourself a headache don't deal with these thieves. Absolutely appalling how they operate and even that they are allowed to operate in the states. Willing to risk it go ahead shake them dice because that's what it is a crapshoot and you're probably going to crap out.
How date they cancel my flight without my permission than they tell me bec my cc was declined. That was false! They told me no booking went through. They didnt know i called the airline and got my booking number
I got way overcharged for my reservation I try to a round trip and what they do book me separate flights so I got overcharged they made the mistake
Worst travel service I have worked with. We paid for them to make our seat reservations for an international flight. We didn't find out until weeks later that they had kept our money for the seats and never booked them. We called back asking why and they gave two different reasons. They said they would try to book it again and issue a refund if they could not book the seats. We never received either. I called back again today because they also booked our travel information incorrectly, and to get the refund, and they were very rude, questioning me on why when I called United Air, they said they could not change the traveler info and I would need to go through the third party travel agency. I stayed polite, they got ruder and ruder. Hopefully this time they will issue the refund for our seats, and hopefully they actually fixed the issue with our traveler information so we can board our flight tonight. I would rather have paid much more to go through the airlines directly than to have to use this agency again. Very unprofessional and put our flights in jeopardy rather than making things easier. We feel very anxious that they have messed everything up so badly that we will not even be aloud to board our flight tonight due to information not matching.

Bad customer service! I tried to change a flight and they wanted to charge me almost double and to cancel they didn't give him full credit for what he paid for the tickets!
They tried to add $20.00 to the total price after the fact. They then tried to get full price after debit was made to the airline. Nickel and dime fly by night outfit.
Muy mala experiencia basicamente me estafaron me vendieron unos boletos y cuando se acercaba la fecha del vuelo me entere por la aerolinea que me habian cancelado los boletos y los habian vuelto a vender.
Very bad experience basically they scammed me, they sold me some tickets and when the flight date was approaching I learned from the airline that they had canceled my tickets and had sold them again.
