Be careful, i too got fooled into believing the story from the owner. He presents himself well and claims has a big team etc, after signing up found out that its only him and his daughter working there. I paid monthly and learned that his key motivation was simple to get the retainer money but lacked any level of commitment to actually sell the business and work towards getting deals. They will get you to do most of the hard work of finding the targets and then it just drags painfully whilst you continue to pay them monthly. Watch the contract too, so sloppy tries to get the director / shareholder guarantee misleadingly although will not stand up in court. After a year of payments, they will try to disappear and ignore you. If like Derek (with the negative review below) you have such an issue, my advice is to counterclaim against them as they are mis-representing. Oh btw the office in palmall is nothing more then a service office address so i really did get fooled. Make sure you dont go through the same pain.
