Broke January 2023.
Raised a ticket 24/01/2023.
Despite repeated attempts to contact and resolve their customer service team were no help. Eventually resorted to reporting the service levels to Amazon.
Completely useless.
I was contacted by a representative asking me to send an email to *******@vevor.co.uk detailing my issue - email address doesn't exist - absolutely pathetic

I bought this machine £355.00 arrived broken after I contact them about it they says open the back and I send video they emailed me says aww some part is missing we will send you after a month I send them email what happened with my machine part they says we can't do anything only we give you back £70 so they send broken machine £355.00 and they send that Chinese rubbish and broken they don't exchange and never refund in all product you buy with this company. Trading standard should closedown this scummier I am going to report to trading standard all machine they send as soon they receive money after if they send anything in the box no Refund and no exchange. In uk all company they selling products they have refund and exchange this first company I saw never exchange and refund so avoid any machine you buying from this company if you want west time and money buy things from them. The first I received the machine never worked now they don't exchange and never Refund it's now more than a month time I keep email them and calling them the landline is completely not working

Never buy anything in vevor if item not work or arrive broken to you not exchange and no refund this is new company in uk I just see go everywhere in uk if you buy a product that’s faulty refund or exchange vevor never change and never refund. As soon they receive your money than it’s gone.

After weeks of trying to contact this company, they are refusing to pay back £850.00 for a dog bath that hasn't been shipped. They are a bogus company and will not reply once you pay.
