Product is okay. Not amazing but there are things needing improvement

1) stitching
2) tougher material outside and inside. It's a steam room. Needs more durable material
3) okay to put together but tough if you can't pull the cheap material over the poles without ripping said cheap material
4) a longer hose for the steam room.

I would like a refund as this is cheap material for $170.

I have bought the mini lathe and lathe-turning tools and both are excellent for my needs - wooden model ship building and other miscellaneous construction hobbies. Both tools are very well made to high, professional standards. The lathe is easy to use, easy to maintain, and is an invaluable tool for my hobby(ies). If other products by Vevor are as good as these then I can recommend the company without hesitation.

I was looking to set up a zip line for my kids but did not have the time to engineer one from scratch. I figured buying one would be too expensive until I decided to do a quick search. Vevor popped up and they have several options to choose from. I went with a 125' version for less than a $100 bucks. I can say it is very well engineered and very much worth the $100 in this potato economy. I'll be purchasing more fun stuff from vevor in the future.

Vevor refunded my account for a cancelled order of $446.55 and then again charged me for it. They won't give my money back. They tell me to review my statement further and to contact my bank, which I've already done. I've shared my bank statement with them, proving the charges and they pretty much tell me "I'm sorry, it's impossible" even with proven bank statements and the deductions/math showing it was deducted from my account. I'm furious! Never will buy from these POS thieves ever again! I advise everyone boycott their $#*! products.

I needed to install hand rails on 3 and 4 step stairs leading into my house to comply with new city ordinances. Rails were affordable, look good, and were easy to install with 3/8th inch Red Head concrete anchors. Unable to use provided metric anchors as I could not find metric sized masonry hammer drill bits in my town. Might as well leave them out or include a drill bit.

I was looking for a cargo climbing net for my grandkids tree house. Vevor had their products posted online with good pictures and specific details about each one. I was able to quickly find and order just what I wanted. It was shipped directly to my house within just a few days. When it arrived it was well made of quality materials. I would definitely order from Vevor again.

I received my package today, promptly opened it and found that the contents were damaged. I submitted pictures to Vevor and even with pictures of the damage (and intact box), they are refusing to do anything about it, so now I have a piece of junk I can't use. Buyer beware - if your product comes damaged, they won't replace or refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I was looking for a small arc welder to replace my Chicago Electric 80 amp inverter arc welder, that after 8 or nine years of light use, was losing its ability to consistently start and hold a burn. I saw some reviews on YouTube of the Vevor MMA 200 and ordered one from Vevor. Not only was it on sale ( as of 3/24), for less than a $100.00, but the shipping was free and it arrived in about a week! And.the welder runs on 120v and 220v and has worked very nicely!

These are quite nice food containers. Especially like the wheels. They are 1/2" wider than website measurements claimed. I had no margin for error as had to fit in a very specific area; however, I think I can make them work

So far I've purchased a truck tool box, traffic cones, and a tractor seat. I have been very satisfied with everything. Fast shipping. Good quality products. Excellent prices.

We love it except the last day of our major project, the spring came off the part that cuts when you pull the rope. That prunes the smaller branches. We never found it. The bag already has a whole in the bottom, never put anything sharp away in it. And a wing nut came off the big blade. We had to stop in the middle of our project for my husband to try and find something else to work on it.

Haven’t yet but need to about what happened. We need the bag replaced, the wing nut, but most of all a new spring.

I love this machine! It is somewhat complicated to learn, wish it had Bluetooth or wireless capabilities

I have been happy with the rolling storage bins I've purchased through Vevor. They are much more reasonably priced that similar items from other places. My only complaint is not being able to purchase replacement parts for the bins. One of the bin lids was accidentally put through my dishwasher and warped beyond use and I was hoping to be able to just replace the lid, but that's not an option.

I purchased the single pole handrail. Other than needing a hammer drill for the concrete, installation was easy. The post is steel but the rail is rather flimsy aluminum and bends when pressure is applied. So I installed a brace from the middle of the post to the and of the handrail. This should be incorporated into the design. As I purchased 2, oh joy, I get t do it again.

Purchased 26" and it works great. Make the setting correct and all goes well. Words best on very flat ground.

This was my first dealings with Vevor. From start to finish, it seemed to go pretty darn smoothly. I'd read a slight report that some have had misc troubles with Vevor and was a bit concerned about the process of shipment vs payment. I made phone call and the very helpful person on the end of the phone made sure all was working correctly and that my order was being processed. It was shipped the next morning and arrived two days later. I'd work again with Vevor in a heartbeat.

As described earlier in the review, I'd contacted Vevor about the process of payment vs shipment and was explained as to how things work. I was thoroughly impressed with the way the customer rep handled my question and did a great job of assuring me my order was working through the process as it was supposed to.

Well I Wasn't sure at first, It actually charges through all the batteries. It brings each one back up to maximum working level. I thought the batteries were pretty good until this Charger Told me different. The technology is amazing. You should be able to Leave it plug in. I'm going to try that and I will update my opinion. I would recommend us to anyone that has my application. It has 8 batteries 48V.

Went together well. Clear instructions. Seems durable but just put it together so we will see how it holds up. Much better than what harbor freight sells

I had to cut through my concrete decking to uncover and repair a water leak. After four trips to rent a concrete saw (none of which worked effectively and tried four), I ordered the Vevor 16" concrete saw.
It worked great and allowed me to get the job done. I know I saved at least $ 4,000.00. Vevor came through and saved the day. Thanks for offering good equipment at a great price.

I purchased an awning last year that was too long and the company would not accept a return. I did not keep the receipt, so I purchased another one just recently and it is actually too short. Last year's awning measured 16', so I ordered a 15' awning which measures 14' 2". I put the shorter one on anyway and now I'm stuck with a perfectly good 16' (which is probably considered a 17') awning.

Customer service would not accept an exchange and therefore I have an awning that I can't use.

Purchased a Ice maker, works awesome, I would recommend to anyone looking for a small ice maker. We used it all summer even when it was over 100 in the garage and it never quit.

Wiring for the electric brake magnets were damaged on all 4 of the two axle set received, due to poor packaging. One of the 4 backing plate assy's. Required splicing a short length of wire to replace the portion pinched off. All 4 had pinched/damaged insulation, which I repaired beading shrink wrap over the damaged insulation areas.

None of this was a major concern, just was an unnecessary annoyance to have to repair the wiring on newly received parts.
