I was recently suspended from Vet Tix with no prior warning and no opportunity to have a real conversation about what happened. I was accused of "scalping," which I've never done — not once. I've never sold or listed any Vet Tix tickets anywhere. When I reached out to clarify, I was given a very general accusation and felt like I was immediately written off. There was no formal investigation, no dialogue, and no way to clear up what seems like a misunderstanding. What's most disappointing is how quickly Vet Tix jumps to conclusions without giving long-time users the benefit of the doubt. I supported their mission and used the platform responsibly, yet I was treated like someone trying to game the system. I hope they rethink how they handle these situations and build a better process for people who genuinely want to follow the rules.
