DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is the worst!
I placed an order on Oct 5. I had a $10 off coupon so the 20 cans of cat food I ordered came to $18.50. I had to contact them early November because it still had not shipped. I was told there was a problem in the order so they had to cancel and reorder on their end causing me to loose the discount but they would discount the total 25%. I would be ok with it if it came up to a little bit more but when I saw my bank account it was over $42! More than double. This order is still not showing shipped (11/18) so I emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They never reached out to me to rectify any part of this situation and had the nerve to charge me so much. I will never do business with them again.

Went online yesterday morning to order some specialized canned dog food for my pet. Got errors 3 different times so called directly. They had charged my Discover EACH TIME, (almost $200) I received the error but did not place my order. Said they had to open a ticket with their IT department and had done so but could not confirm that I had ONE of the three orders placed. Today I called and got no updated information, IT had not done anything and the customer service rep said he would escalate my IT ticket...again. I still don't know if I have an order placed, fortunately I do see the "Soft Credit" on my Discover this morning which is probably a miracle in itself. I have to call back tomorrow or hope they will reach out to me today via email. Said they can't contact their IT department directly so we are all at the mercy of hearing from them. Bunch of crap that they can take my money in a minute but can't give me a credit or my order! I was very clear that I would not be using them again!

This company called a vet we don't even use anymore, renewed an expired prescription that we didn't want, shipped it to us without permission, and then billed us for just under $200.00.
They refused to let us return it. Vetsource told Capital One Bank that we were on auto-ship, which we
Were never asked about by Vetsource. Capital One Bank was no help either. I had their credit card for over
20 years but I shredded it that day. Do not give these people your credit card information!

My vet ordered a compound antibiotic for my dog after she got an infection after her knee surgery. The infection, bad enough to warrant a compound antibiotic, but not important enough to expedite shipping or even call to ask if I wanted expedirted shipping for a medication I am already paying close to $250 for.

The only time I have heard anything back from this group is when tgere was a problem processing payment (which held up fulfillment of the order)- they couldn't update the billing address without transferring me to a seperate service, but COULD take a different card number with the same address.
Long story short, I have been waiting for over a week for medication my pet needs to heal an infection, which btw, is eating away at the very bone I just had to pay over $4000 to have repaired. All I seem to get from their customer service is the song and dance of fulfillment time plus 3-5 days delivery, so you're still in the delivery window. NEVER do business with this company!

Terrible - Avoid Using

Went on website to review my past order. Wanted to see the pricing before ordering. Website makes you move forward to see prices and then automatically ships order. I did not place order, did not want order, and wasn't able to cancel order. This is BS! Shame on them!

Vetsource is horrible. They didn't let me know my cats prescription diet food was not available until the day it should have delivered. I chose a replacement and it took them seven days to let me know that was also on back order. By this time my cat was out of food so I had to drive to the vet to get a prescription to drive across town to get the specific food my cat needed. When I called Vetsource (twice!) they have absolutely no sense of urgency and could care less about our pets. I cannot stress enough how irresponsible they are. I highly recommend using Chewy for any pet prescription diet.

I have so much to write but I will keep it simple. If you make an order and want to cancel they will charge you. Ship it to you and tell you to bad. I would not accept even free stuff from them. Horrible company. Stay away

They shipped out an order of heartworm prevention in a paper envelope. So that when I received it. It was completely destroyed. When I called customer service they said they would replace the order. When I received the replacement order it was also in a paper envelope. Again, it was destroyed. Then they had the audacity to tell me I needed to file a claim with u p s. The last time I checked u p s is not responsible for how Vet source packages, their shipments.

I have to receive medication for my dog not to have seizures, it is a controlled substance and I was told it needed to be signed for. I work out side of my home and live a lone. The first time I didn't have anyone to sign for it UPS kept trying to deliver it on different days without notice after about 2 weeks I was able to have them leave it at the UPS office so I could pick it up. I told them to stop sending it because I was not home to receive it. I was told to have it sent to a neighbors hous or a friend, that does not work either because you never know when they are going to show up. They continues to auto ship it and this last time it was not delivered but it was returned. Now they just took the money out of my account gain for another auto ship I had request to have it stopped. I was informed they would refund the previous order as a courtesy. Really I don't have the medication but you do, and you have my money? Really, that is not a courtesy! They will not stop this current order until UPS attempts to deliver it.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I placed an order for 3 medications through the site. I then had to follow up after two weeks when I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I was told the order was "overlooked" and that they would need to receive vet approval. Another week goes by and they cancel one of my medications and proceed to create a shipment for the other two medications. Another week and still no order. I call and I'm told oh no the order didn't ship and they still need vet approval. After a month of waiting and 4 phone calls later I finally just cancelled the order. Don't waste your time and energy.

Placed two orders at the same time one order came in right away second on Tuesday be in Wenesday on Thursday be in by seven o'clock on Friday be in next Tuesday. One dog has his
Medication the other is without. Plus I just keep getting lied to.
Telling the vet I want to go elsewhere

Do not use this company they overcharge then will not give you a refund. They make money off you and then laugh and make you return items to your vet so you have to waste more gas and more time this is not a company of convenience waste of time go to chewy or pet Meds go anywhere else do not use this company.

Horrible service beware

If I was able to give this company a zero star I would. I put an order in for some dog food and immediately that same day the money was taken out of the bank. Four days later I still had not gotten my order. I called multiple times and spoke to customer service and spoke to different people and was told the same story it was on its way. What a lie. I called UPS day after day and UPS said that they didn't even have the shipment. VetSource had not shipped my order and were horrible. Finally after so much runaround I even offered to conference UPS and vet source but VetSource would not even get on the phone with me. Vetsource said it was against the HIPAA policy which I know that it's not true since I work for a doctors office, and at the end they canceled the order, which I believe was never sent. I explained that I had no food for my dog But they showed no concern or compassion. All they were interested was in taking the money from the bank. I expected the order to have been sent to my house. It is horrible service and I never want to do business with them again I wind up buying the dog food at Petsmart. Honestly, I'm going back to chewy.com. Who has been amazing and always got my food on time. The only reason why I dealt with this particular company was because my veterinarian told me that Vetsource was less expensive and provided excellent service, but now I know better. As of today seven days later, I still don't have my money.

Suddenly canceled 1 of 3 prescriptions and very unhelpful trying to address the issue. Canceled my auto ship and will now drive to vet to get the prescriptions. Wasted two different lunch hours to fix the issue with 0 results.

Frauds! I see I join many with lousy reviews on…
I see I join many with lousy reviews on this fraudulent company I've already used them several times but I went in today to order. According to their website, most of the food options i was looking for (prescription) have a banner at the top that says SALE with auto ship. I clicked all the right things but the the price woud revert back to regular price After three people on the phone, they tell me that it is only able to be used on a first time autoship order...I said where does it say that? I finally get directed to the very bottom of the page that says, in small letters, Promotions Then I have to click to open. Who, when ordering, would someone scroll to the bottom of the page to find that? Bait and Switch on the prices. Some could have just completed their order and not paid close attention NOWHERE does it say there are only for first time autoship customers Fraud, Liars, Bait and switch, false advertising, add any more you can think of...should be illegal One time on hold, I opened Chewy and on the item when you click on an itemit says in big red letter and numbers describing the limitations This review does not even begin to touch how angry I am at their fraudulent site. I will never use them again

Been an "auto ship" customer for quite a few months; have a dog with a liver disease. Per our vet, we ordered "Denamarin for Medium Dogs" every 30 days for about 5 months now. It always takes a week+ to get to us from Portland, Oregon - we are in Michigan. So if you're in a hurry - forget it. All except one of these deliveries came with damaged packaging and subsequently gooey, sticky pills that had been popped out of their foil. Of course, threw those away - these pills for a 30-day supply is $45.00. I cancelled the auto ship and all deliveries - never again. Found this medication much cheaper at another vet supply with shipping within 2-3 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

VS HACKED MY CREDIT CARD
February 1, 2022

VetSource hacked my debit card. (Got the name from my online register then looked it up online & maps to get their phone number.)Saw the debit before it "hard posted" (before they actually got the money) turned off and ordered a replacement card. When I called their (automated) system I punched in Smith as the name I wanted and a nervous female voice answered when I asked she was she asked who I was. Told her I was calling VS, THEN she said I had the wrong number, repeatedly... BUSTED!

I ordered prescription dog food though this company since it's the site my vet uses. When I contacted them for a shipping timeline they told me that most orders ship within 8 days but that it depends on the manufacturer's stock. They wouldn't call the manufacturer for more info and suggested I call the manufacturer myself. The fact that they wouldn't even try to find out stock levels or a shipping time says a lot about how little they're willing to help their customers. I ended up putting in a request to cancel the order but they couldn't even tell me if it was possible to cancel or not. I'm going to order though Chewy since they're much more reliable and hope that Vetsource actually cancels the order.

Update: Order wasn't canceled and they charged me an additional $109.00 on top of my order total. Let's hope I can actually get a refund from them.
