My vet ordered a compound antibiotic for my dog after she got an infection after her knee surgery. The infection, bad enough to warrant a compound antibiotic, but not important enough to expedite shipping or even call to ask if I wanted expedirted shipping for a medication I am already paying close to $250 for.
The only time I have heard anything back from this group is when tgere was a problem processing payment (which held up fulfillment of the order)- they couldn't update the billing address without transferring me to a seperate service, but COULD take a different card number with the same address.
Long story short, I have been waiting for over a week for medication my pet needs to heal an infection, which btw, is eating away at the very bone I just had to pay over $4000 to have repaired. All I seem to get from their customer service is the song and dance of fulfillment time plus 3-5 days delivery, so you're still in the delivery window. NEVER do business with this company!
