I too do not understand the negative reviews. Yes the vendor is in Australia, yet they are wonderful people. Yes it takes a wee bit longer to rcv vs S&H from within the CONUS. Yes the prices are very very good. Yes shipping is cheap considering. Yes I will definitely buy from again.

I ordered flea/tick protection nexgard for 3 dogs. I saved $50 compared to a competitor. Although shipping wasn't super speedy (2 weeks and 1 day from when order was placed) I still think that is good and they communicated when it was shipped and when it would arrive. VERY Satisfied customer.

Ordered in February. July 31st still no delivery. Contacted them and email reply stated they couldn't refund it because my bank keeps declining a refund. BS. Now they will not reply or answer calls in regards to the order#.

Ordered some flea control product, 1 month later still hadn't received it, they claim it had shipped out 3 weeks prior but didn't have a way of tracking it, uh right. I am not sure if they are just really incompetent or a scam or just don't care. I saw the reviews and thought well maybe they had a employee that was screwing up took a chance but no, I really believe a lot of the positive reviews are someone who works for them or associated with them, which tells me it is a scam. Buyer beware!

Bad service

I've ordered my pet meds almost a month ago and still have not yet to receive them, they even told me that it could take 45 days for them to ship it and they said that they don't do tracking#s, everyone else does tracking. I will NOT order from them ever again.

Simply awful company, customer service non existent, took numerous complaint emails to get the cat food I ordered, it eventually took 9 days to deliver, I should have received it in 3, and if I hadn't complained I don't think it would have even arrived by then. I wish I'd read all the numerous on-line negative reviews above before placing my order. Lesson learned.

Very poor all round

Not convinced it's the real deal. I received the product damaged and despite a polite email the company never responded. Also after previously using the product I know how good it is, using this my cat has not improved since so I'm not convinced. Vet shop took a week to get the product to me so the fleas developed even more, overall poor product and very poor service.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this site which caused me some hesitation prior to ordering. But, after further research on the product itself (frontline combo) I went ahead and ordered, and my experience was as perfect as it could be - given that the frontline comes from oversees (the UK). Yes, it's a foreign label and yes delivery - for which they don't charge - takes a little longer. But the price is hugely less expensive than the american label, and it's the same company manufacturer (frontline). The only suggestion I would make to vetshop.com is that they not call the product "Frontline Plus (Known as Frontline Combo)". They should call it something like "Frontline Combo (U. K. version of Frontline Plus.)" Then, maybe people wouldn't be suspicious and bent out of shape. (The active ingredients are ever so slightly different but for all intents and purposes, the same). I will buy again and again at these prices.

I ordered Frontline spray which was on indefinite backorder as it turns out. After canceling the order, I was told the charge would be refunded to my credit card which it was not. I made many calls and emails to vetshop.COM and google checkout with no result. I was told it was already refunded when it was not. Finally I asked Discover Card to get involved in reversing the charge. That was the only way it was reversed. Never again would I order from this place!

Never had any problems with vetshop. Even more satisfied with their service and products. The last order I placed for Frontline came in less than the time I had expected. The staff are also so kind and helpful.

Customer service is prompt and informative. They have provided me the true information of where the medications are coming from and why it is being sold at a low prices. Satisfied with the pet products too, although I ordered the generic type, it perfectly works well for my bravo!

Couldn't be happier with vetshop.com for my pets' medication. It arrives earlier than expected and seal in a very protective way... Good Quality service, is very hard to find these days... good thing vetshop.com still continues that kind of service..

I never hesitate to order from vetshop.com. Prices and quality of products are really 2 low and effective. Delivery sometimes may take a week or two but hey most online stores take even longer than that. No complaints with delivery, just keep those friendly voice going and continue providing low prices...
