What an amazing difference! I called the service number, and explained to the rep that I was going to need the meds ASAP or they wouldn't arrive in time for our Kitty... The service rep was amazing! She walked me through everything i needed to do to get the order, and even called our Vet's office to make sure that they followed up in plenty of time. I even got personal updates from her through the time it was shipped!
I adopted a special needs Maine coon cat in July. There came a time shortly after her adoption that she had to spend 2-1/2 weeks at the vet's. During that stay Animal Pharm provided my vet with a medicine that greatly helped her condition. When I was running low on the med, I emailed Animal Pharm for a refill. 2 days later, the medicine arrived at my door. Animal Pharm could instruct other companies on what good customer service is.

I found this company due to the affordable price they offer for a specific prescription item I need for one of my dogs. I have since discovered that they also have great prices on other things I need, like flea/tick, de-wormers, and joint supplements, so it's nice to have one-stop shopping available. My latest order had a bit of a delay due to a hold-up with my vet clinic. I was able to contact a customer service rep immediately through chat with no wait, where she was able to quickly identify the item that was preventing the order from completing. I contacted my vet clinic with the information the rep gave me and within the next couple of hours my order was processed and shipped. The customer service rep even followed up with a personal email to let me know they had received the information from my vet and that my order was being processed. Really great customer service!

I have my dog's meds filled by Vet RX Direct because my Vet doesn't carry meds. I found that their prices are reasonable and their customer service is excellent! If there are problems with receiving my Vet's prescription, they are very prompt in notifying me. They process the orders quickly.
When our kitten was diagnosed with ring worm, our vet did not have the oral medication they prescribed so they recommended we order it online. We ordered it on VetRX, but naturally were anxious for the medication to arrive as ring worm is very contagious and takes a long time to treat. VetRx must receive confirmation of the prescription from the veterinarian. Several days after ordering our prescription, our vet still had not confirmed the prescription for VetRx so several technicians with VetRx personally called our vet to help expedite the process. VetRx technicians were very responsive and thoughtful in all their responses and helped us make sure our kitten will get the care she needs. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.
I was unable to apply a valid discount at the time of purchase and could not wait to order the meds for my pup. I sent a message asking them to retroactively apply the discount and the next morning I got an email explaining why it didn't apply at the time of purchase and the info that it had been retroactively applied. In a time when customer service is literally non existent for some companies, this was refreshing and a bonus. Good on VetrxDirect
I spoke to Tyler about the da t that my vets office was taking their time approving my prescription after I had already called them twice and was contacted twice by vet rx. Tyler called them and got it approved over the phone and had left a message for me all within 20 minutes. I was so stressed out and he took that stress away for me. So thank you so much.
I had several unacceptable experiences with Vet RX . I should have never given them a second chance. If you need to speak to someone because chatting or email will not be get resolution nobody will contact you and nobody cares about customer service. They are all about getting your money and that is it. Even when they make mistakes. I will never ever use them again!! Do yourself a favor and spend a couple dollars more and go to a competitor that has integrity and cares about customers, people and our pets.

Notice on the email stating it was shipped, it says 8/27 and the email stating it was delivered shows 8/29 and yet I paid for overnight shipping..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service ever! I ordered medication and they were supposed to contact my vet for the prescription, but because my vet has several locations under the same name they chose to contact an office other than the one I go to. The order was delayed. OK, understandable. The PROBLEM was they never bothered to call or notify me until two days later via email. I responded to the email with the correct fax, yada yada yada and three more days go by with still more problems and no medication shipped out. My vet called them and cleared up the confusion and gave them the correct information, but they too got nowhere! Apparently since my bill to and ship to has different names/address' they couldn't figure out the correct name to request the prescription under. OK, again, ridiculous, but... I guess it wouldn't have been so bad except that I spoke to a manager who actually asked me about the two different names and I explained the bill to and ship to snafu and yet... two days later - no medication sent out AND though assured it would be sent ASAP the next business day (by the manager, no less) when they sent the request to my vet they sent it under the wrong name, AGAIN! Moreover, good customer service should have dictated a phone call from them when there was another problem, but mum's the word from VetRX. One problem after another and ridiculously inept customer service. Mind you, by the way, I had been ordering from this company for several years and through two dogs. The bill to/ship to problem was NEVER a problem for any of the 20+ orders in the past, but suddenly I'm receiving a stern talking to from the manager. Really?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are competitors with comparable pricing. Don't waste your time or chance your pet's well being with this company. In the end, I rather spend $10 more than put up with the aggravation I've gone through for the past week. Oh, and a quote from my vet: "Oh, that company. We have nothing but problems with them so stay on top of your order."
Company did not disclose manufacturing error in timely manner impacting medical care of my pet. When brought to their attention offered to refund the purchase but did not accept any responsibility. Did not make me feel like a valued customer. Will be making sure my vet knows and anyone who is looking for medical supplies.
