This was my first experience with donating a vehicle to Veteran Car Donations--a great experience overall. Kim, the customer service specialist, walked me through what to expect and what to have ready on my end (car title, etc.). A couple of days later Martinez, the tow driver, made it fast and easy for me to sign over the title of my vehicle in order to bless the veterans who have done so much to serve our country. Thank you all!

I filled out the online form and was contacted immediately. Car was picked up in 2 days, no problems. Was told I would be contacted as soon as they received the car and that I'd receive a receipt for taxes. Never heard from them again even though I've contacted them numerous times.

Had a unique 1959 fire truck I was looking to donate. Asked numerous times over 3 weeks of back and forth "if I get you THiS information, are you sure you are interested?" I was always assured they would pick it up within 24 to 48 hours after I got the information they needed. Last request for a clean title took multiple visits and dollars to the BMV. When last piece of required information was provided, they finally told me they couldn't pick it up! Maybe they do better on regular vehicles, but wouldn't ever use them again - sorry representative organization of our great veterans.

2 to get a tax donation.
I could have sold this item myself and given cash as a donation!
I will never donate to this company again!
This was the 1st time I have donate an Expensive physical item.
I am really jaded now and in all likelihood never going to donate Expensive physical items AGAIN!
