Suggestion: The mattress is fine-I just keep hitting my shin on the metal bed frame

The new Verlo bed has made a world of difference. Both are sleeping much better.
Suggestion: 1 to 2" shorter, but is livable

The beds were bought for guests, not for me. Can't answer the question. The capital of Wisconsin is Madison.

No more backaches, sometimes gets very warm though.
Suggestion: Sometimes it gets very warm. Have to watch sitting on the end of the bed so the twin size does not pop up out of the frame.

Suggestion: A bit softer but it may still be in the break in period

I think I made a bad choice in having my mattress adjusted to be a level firmer. However, I am sure when it's readjusted I will be sleeping much better.
Suggestion: The firmness level... which I am in the process of doing.

I'm tall so a Cal King fits me better, especially with a wife and dog sleeping with me.

Suggestion: Not a thing

We are sleeping better, however, I feel I would like to try our mattress a bit softer. I want to say that our Customer Service was excellent and your representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained all products that were available to us.

Because of my spine problems I still can only sleep up to 1.5 hours in bed. I'm thinking about just leaning the mattress up against the wall. well I just should have spent the money on a new electric recliner chair.

Suggestion: The mattress seems to be somewhat hot (temperature wise). We bought the mattress pad from Verlo and took that off and it seemed to make a slight difference. Then I bought a different mattress pad and it seems to make the sleeping cooler.

The delivery was terrible and our sales person never followed up with repair of ceiling.
Suggestion: How about lowering the price

It's a guest bedroom mattress. Three different people reported a good night's sleep. I did sleep on it one night, it was fine. The two guys who delivered it and set up the bed frame and placed the mattress on it were really nice. They worked quickly, efficiently and took all the wrappings, packing stuff with them when they left. They were polite and professional.

No pressure points but good support. We picked the right design. Well, we had lots of choices and a great sleep coach in Evan at the Greenfield store. I don't see Verlo advertising as much as the competitors and communicating enough the breath of service you provide. Nobody does what you do.

Less back pain.
Suggestion: I wish I had a higher base for it; it is too low. I needed a7" base not a 5".

The adjustable frame/mattress makes it easier to get comfortable and stay comfortable all night. Nice to have a local business and service is very good.
Suggestion: The fabric on the adjustable frame is splitting and wearing out -- odd because it is only about 6 months old.

Suggestion: Seems to retain or trap heat too often
