Suggestion: Wish it was not a thick. It's difficult to get into the bed because the mattress is so thick.

Suggestion: The Verlo Queen bed frame didn't fit our headboard from Pier 1. We had to purchase metal adapters to make it fit. If the bed could have extended out another inch it would have fit perfectly.
Mattress has been very helpful in my recovery from back surgery. I think I made a good choice.

Yes and No...it depends on my night. I normally get to skeep quickly but keep waking up all through the night. My lower back and hip is hurting more the longer I sleep on it. I think maybe the firmness needs to be different. We have medium, I know firm is too hard...can you change it to a medium/firm? Meaning half way between a medium and firm? Your service was excellent when we purchased our mattress and when your men brought it and set it up for us. The mattress is a bit more difficult to roll out of. I believe I just need the firmness changed. I had planned on calling you this week. I was trying to really give it a chance for me to get use to it...but it has not improved, it seemed much better when we first purchased it but seems to get worse as time goes by.
Suggestion: The medium to a medium/firm. The medium is a bit to sift but a firm is to hard...I need something in the middle of those two. Can it be redone to a medium/firm?
Sleeping through the night when I use to wake up every 2 hours
Suggestion: That it is so comfortable that if I just lay down for a few minutes I fall asleep.

I love my new mattress. Firm yet very comfortable. I never have trouble falling asleep.. Glad I bought a new mattress from Verlo.

No more waking with aches and pains. I sleep all night long, no more waking several times during the night. Our whole experience with Verlo was great from when we walked in the door with our salesperson, to the delivery people. A great team all around.

Stopped in to talk about these issues. Man said nothing could be done about the mattress being too warm. Said we could adjust the sinking in the center. Still considering that option.
