Both of our back's are not sore anymore like they were on our old mattress. I notice I'm less tired in the mornings due to not tossing and turning all night which is great! Very satisfied with our purchase and would return for all of our mattress needs :)
Suggestion: We would have liked the extra features like the remote control to raise head and feet but just thought it was too expensive. Maybe if it wasn't that much more of an upcharge we would have done it.

Suggestion: I wish I would have ordered a 7 inch box spring. And not the 9 inch one
Not as much as I thought, but I do think I'm sleeping somewhat better.
Suggestion: It could be a little softer, but it seems to be getting better with use, out I'm just getting used to it.

My son loves his bed and sleeps really well just about every night I've had a really great experience and I'll be back for another mattress when we are ready for one or my daughter is.

The mattress is in my guest room:) The first guest to stay/sleep on the mattress asked where we got it:)
After a few days I feel that it's not as firm as the first few days I would like to send it in to be made firmer as I get up with back aches.
Suggestion: I need it to be taken in and made firmer especially in the middle which sort of curves' in
Just feels right. Soft, yet supportive. As always, Adam was an outstanding Verlo representative. Really knows his products and enthusiastic about getting right bed and fit for each customer. Very helpful.

we both still have backaches every morning. Not what we were hoping for. How about a refund.
Suggestion: I wish I could go to bed at night, wake up in the morning feeling great. ( Like the commercials say) That is not going to happen. We are not happy with the money spent, and with what we got.

Nice firm mattress, but not so hard that I feel I am sleeping on a board.
Over all, I am pleased with my mattress!! This is my second Verlo, I will diffinately buy my next one there.
Suggestion: I wish I would have gone a bit lower on the box spring. The bef is a bit high.
I just feel when older people buy spring and mattress there should be lower spring as bed so high hard to get in.

The bed I rested on at the store was very comfortable and I got a few moments of delightful lying down. What I was given is not uncomfortable, but is not what I thought I was buying. What can you do for me?
