Nancy who helped me figure out the right bed for me was truly a Rock Star! everyone at the Verlo store on Layton ave were fabulous
Suggestion: Hmm maybe a little softer but yet with the firmness if that makes any sense.

A lot better because I don't toss and turn as much Great service friendly both in store and delivery . Tate is extremely nice and very good looking

Bed is not Like it was when I laid on it in the store. Is much harder. Would be nice if you had a return policy

I sleep pretty well on it for the most part I haven't had any back issues which is good Well I am glad I took a friends advice and checked you out I guess she has a mattress she has from Verlo and she says it's the best purchase she ever made

Less back pain The service was excellent when we bought our mattress. The suggestions he made really helped to make our decision.
Suggestion: Not a thing. I love it.

Verlo pricing has always been pretty great but I feel on the last couple of mattresses I have purchased, I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. Nonetheless, I have been a return customer for years.
Suggestion: My last mattress was the Deluxe pillowtop so it was much larger/deeper. My bed is short now and I sort of don't like that. I know, stupid.

Sleep quality is about the same. Mattress still seems too firm. Find it odd that the remote for the adjustable base only works with the lights on. Very frustrating if I want to go to bed after watching tv, that I have to get up to flip the lights on just to flatten the bed.

I bought mattresses for my grandchildren. I have slept on them also.

Suggestion: Have it be cooler, I think the type if material is hot

the same I never got a response when I reported the damage to my home from the removal of the old mattress

I cannot change the sheets, but my Granddaughter does a fantastic job doing it.

Suggestion: Only that it was bigger, but that's my problem.

Suggestion: mattress seems to hold body heat which is great at first crawling into a cold bed in winter, but I do wake up because it is too hot after a few hours.

The bed is not meeting our expectations
Suggestion: It is breaking down. We bought the most expensive mattress and we are extremely disappointed

I sleep the same but my husband sleeps better with less numbness
Suggestion: I notice that I get hotter under my spot than I used to...once I'm in bed I don't move from my spot so by morning I really notice the heat I've generated under my body.

Part of my solid sleep is most definitely the firm bed and i had moved to a quieter neighborhood so the two have been a perfect match Thanks
