Comfort adjustment has made a big difference (for the better) The customer service and response is excellent
Suggestion: We had comfort adjustment, and changed from 2" to 5" box spring, however since adjustment, the mattress is much higher - we could have done without the box spring change. That was something we weren't expecting, and we are not sure if we will change this, again.

I actually am using the King sized bed in a guest room and am awaiting remodeling of Master suite. But I also purchased a new Queen that I love! We are so comfortable and not rolling to the middle. Thank you! Great sales people and delivery men. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Suggestion: It is very thick and heavy. Hard to lift and get bedding tucked in just right.

Going from a waterbed to this mattress, my husband and I wake up several times a night and have to change positions because of discomfort in shoulders, back, etc.
Suggestion: I wish It were more comfortable. I don't know if it should be firmer or less firm or what the answer is. You never know until you buy it and then it's too late and you're stuck with it after paying all that money!

Sleeping great and I love the pillows! Even with the 3 inch feet I still have a difficult time trying to get in bed. I'm short. Because I'm old and some aches and pains the softness makes it hard to turn over. But the way, I'm Jo Ann a 5 ft short woman. To answer, my cat and I do sleep much better! I wish Verlo kept records longer than 10 yrs then I could prove what great customers we are and keep tract of our purchases. Every time I go over there is a different person working, no continuity. Oh by the way, when I call the Grafton, WI store I want to talk to someone THERE, not some rotating call at another store. Dumb! I'm Jo Ann Hofhine
Suggestion: I would like a less deep mattress! I'm short and getting on and off is difficult. If I have an infirmity I probably won't be able to use it. I'm 78 and short. Also, in the past we have had 2 different articulated XL twin beds from Verlo and I was disappointed this one has a regular mattress with an articulated frame. It just doesn't work the same! Also the remote control should have slightly raised pads so they can be felt in the dark, or at least the light button, otherwise it's useless. The mattress is so heavy I can barely lift the the ends to tuck the sheet in. It's a poor design. The little barriers that keep the mattress from sliding off the frame do their job but sure make it difficult to tuck the the sheets under. I have small hands so I can almost do it but I don't change the sheets as often as I'd like because it's just so difficult to do. Do real normal people of different ages and sizes have a voice in designing them? If not, it might be a good idea. As I asked earlier, why do they have to be a foot and a half deep?? Dumb!

NO, I want my old mattress back! Very disappointed! I wish I had gone elsewhere. I must add, Jan, my salesperson was great
Suggestion: It is way to hard for my body's pressure points. It keeps me from sleeping.

We bought a pillow top and expected it to be softer than it is. My plan is to give it another month and if it doesn't soften up I will be for a comfort adjustment
Suggestion: I regret buying the v5. I should have gotten the v7. Also we bought 2 of the $120 pillows and can't sleep on them. Too big.

Not used to the matress yet. Go back to the old styles. Not sure this is a great improvement
Suggestion: sides are too soft. I like my old one better that had "stiffer" sides, and I didn't feel like I was sliding off.

Can't sleep on this ROCK you sold me! I've tried everything, but sleep on the couch. We brought it back for an adjustment, but that didn't help. You should have never lied and said this was comparable to our last Verlo. It isn't. Salespeople at your other stores have confirmed. Complete waste of money. Thank you for finally asking! I've gone from a lifelong Verlo customer to telling anyone that will listen about my terrible experience.
Suggestion: Make it the King Vibrance Eurotop clone that I asked for, thought I was getting, but found out later that you lied about to make a quick sale.

With my old bed I would get stiff at night, and sometimes even wake up at night. I never noticed this until I got my new bed. Now I sleep all through he night and never get stiff.

The mattress we bought is just right, not too firm...and responds well to my repositioning at night. I love the adjustable bed frame.
Suggestion: The weight! King springs are heavy...but I am not moving it around anyway.
