Basically yes, however we selected the wrong height for our box, it's two inches to high! Hard to get into the bed! Our box is too high, it needs to be two inches lower.

I think I need to have it re made, it's way to firm. Please let me know how I can arrange to have it returned and rebuilt. Thank you.
Suggestion: I want it to be plush and billowing.

I am, but I don't feel like I have the support system that I ordered when I bought the bed. I called the young man twice that took care of me but he never called back. Just keep up the good work.

With my old bed I would get stiff at night, and sometimes even wake up at night. I never noticed this until I got my new bed. Now I sleep all through he night and never get stiff.

it feels like the center of the mattress is sagging some already.
Suggestion: warranty longer to change the mattress coils to what the customer wants.

Suggestion: Mattress feels lumpy, not consistent throughout. The mattress appears to be crowned also; very soft edges, nearly falling off.

With out a foam topper the mattress is hard (firm is good, hard is not), with the topper it sinks too much.
Suggestion: A bit more cushion on the top layer.

Very comfortable mattress.
Suggestion: It is very heavy and hard to make the beds. Like tucking the flat sheet on the sides is very difficult. It SO heavy!'

I had to get the firmness adjusted, but now it's great.
Suggestion: I liked my former Verlo that I could flip. I'm a little doubtful about the turning but will give it a try.

Mattress is the right amount of firmness and very comfortable Sales experience in the store was pleasant. Sales associate was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Just keep up the good work and just the cloth on the bottom of the box spring needs to get put on better!

Still having trouble with sagging in the middle of the bed!
Suggestion: I'm going to have to make an appointment to have it made firmer in the middle.

Suggestion: The pillow top moves towards the back of the mattress when the front part of the bed is elevated. It is impossible to move the pillow top to its original position.

The worst part of this mattress is getting off of it in the morning simply because I do not want to! It's amazing Nah, I'm good
