Thank you for a wonderful bed. Sell better sheet sets with your beds.
Suggestion: Only complaint was the sheets. Love the bed and frame but dislike the sheets.

Improve placement of foam so it can't shift
Suggestion: Foam cover seems to shift. Definitely not optimal, but mattress is very comfortable when foam is in proper place

Delivery team did not setup the power bases correctly with our bed frame and scratched the power base wood. They were supposed to install it within our bed frame but didn't know how to.

Better but I feel the mattress is starting to settle Fred was very helpful. I am sleeping better.
Suggestion: I think is will need to come back so it will be a bit firmer

This mattress is firmer and less "hilly" than our old.
Suggestion: The edge, where I sit on, is too weak, I need it firmer.

Ensure your sample floor models accurately represent your final product.
Suggestion: Again, this model is much harder than the floor model we looked at.

Feel cooler at night and more rested in the morning
Suggestion: The area where my ankles and feet rest at night have settled into that shape and don't return to level.

Bed is not Like it was when I laid on it in the store. Is much harder. Would be nice if you had a return policy

The mattress we purchased is in a guest room so I have not slept on it. Guest seem to be happy

My back is still hurting in the morning I think I need to have that assessment done where I lay on my mattress and you guys tell me or adjust my bed

love our new mattress, sleeping much better. highly recommend Verlo to anyone looking for a new Mattress. Your prices are very resonable this is the best mattress I ever slept on

I can sleep on my side without my arm falling asleep due to the extra cushion/ material. The only problem I encountered was the length it took for the sales person to fill out the sales form.
