I had already written a review on this site before.
What I wrote is backed up by many who replied on this website.
There are 2 or 3 posts who have given this site around 5 start, apparently the people who wrote those reviews forgot to change the default 5 starts, which can easily be seen after reading their post that they did not have a high opinion of this site.
The MAIN REASON I'M POSTING THIS UPDATE TODAY IS, because someone went ahead and posted this sites link in a forum there and expect some VW personnel's to come to this site and give 5 star reviews.

Was a GREAT and FUN site for a good 2-1/2 years and then they started changing things and unfortunately still are. WHY CHANGE WHAT WAS WORKING fine? Slots do not pay out like they used to (too much tightening the wheels - a fact they do this) and many LOYAL members have left. Its truly like FlowPlay doesn't care... not many members feel like valued customers and without happy customers eventually the site will fail! A shame to see what is happening to what could be one of the best gaming sites out there!

What a joke this site truly is. I did some test research and found that it is a complete Super Scam being ran on the people who are just looking for some cheap fun. This site will have no problem taking your money so you can get fake coins with no value at all. They will then allow you to win while you have gems in your account and you are purchasing bonus win coins with your gems. Once you run out of coins you will start to lose until you purchase more gems. I got into the bonus box round over 250 times betting 150,000 each spin and low and behold,, NEVER EVER ONCE GOT A TOP PRIZE... HMMMMM I call that a scam to get our money and now this site is going to be put on the Feds radar under consumer internet fraud and scams on the public. This is to all staff there at VW hope all your ducks are in a row!

Friends and family of mods follow, harass and monitor paying customers. Mods and bots will code to decrease payouts even when using high end charms. They kick you out on spins when winning, yet when losing it never kicks you out. Mods should not have access to gem info or able to obtain any info about customers. They are running people away and it shows. Customers no longer can meet real people to enjoy the purpose of the site as it use to be. Instead you are always put in rooms with bots, mods, and friends/family of mods who are after a commission. Customers are realizing what is being done and it is no longer fun paying real money to be harassed and see employees with their friends and family always on the leader board for winning. Most corporations do not allow their employees to participate this way for this very reason. Sad to see this happen. Mods should not have this type of access. They should only be for questions or problems that customers have... no need to see customer profiles or be able to locate them in the game.

Is common and it IS ALWAYS THE PLAYERS CONNECTION ISSUES.

Multiple times per day you will see the message, and reporting them to 'tech support' gets the same canned answer...

Labelled as "Just the Facts" IT IS YOUR FAULT.

Their equipment is overloaded and in serious need of an upgrade, but I doubt management has a clue.

After all, "Why tell the boss you aren't qualified if you can blame the customers?"
File a complaint WITH SPECIFIC INFORMATION, come back the next day and it will magically be "SOLVED" with nothing done to correct the problems.

My suggestion is PLAY FOR FREE until the site stops breaking.

Unless you continually invest in gems, coins, VIP or the even more expensive Elite memberships---YOU DONT WIN CHIT----YOU MIGHT WIN -HOWEVER-THEN YOU END UP LOOSING EVEN MORE COINS THAN YOU STARTED WITH----continual problems with InternetExplorer or Mozilla FireFox access--game freezes or disconnects, poor customer service and continual excuses -no resolve - for the customer---don't waste your time or money here. Came to the site to play poker and found it to be very disappointing. Vegasworld is not a site to play realistic poker, it's a site for lonely older people that prefer to spend real money to purchase "gems". These gems allow you buy things on the site, one of which are things called charms. Charms boost your winnings. The more expensive the charm, the longer it lasts and the more it pays out to you. The business model goes like this, Four of a kind, Full House, Flush and Straight hands occur at such a high frequency it is difficult to play. The more often you seem to have a good hand, the more you bet. Each time you bet, the charms kick in and add winnings to your total, even when you lose the hand. So by giving good hands to players more often, the players burn through their charms quicker and spend more real money to get more charms. This also creates a problem at the table where some players will load up on charms and go "all in" or post huge pre-flop bets just for the purpose of getting paid out by their charms. This usually happens with players that are interested in being on the leader board. If you are looking for a realistic game of poker, this site is not the place. If you're looking to go on a virtual social site filled with senior citizens and drama, then Vegasworld.com may be right for you.

Top players are either employees, family or friends, so they make parties of 1k, 2k 5k 10k or more of gems, to trick the stupid players who fall into this trap.
You never make real money.
Most players are sexual perverts.

You spend the real money you spend, you never reach the Top of players.

When I first started on this site it was fun and I did very well as far as points go. Once I got to a certain poit I have done nothing but go backward. I can't play a game 2 days in a row and have it give me any kind of high score. I would have to not play that game for at least a week to get anything out of it. I just played a game I haven't played for about 4 days and it actually took over 200 million from me. I played Bingo this morning and won twice out of at least 15 games! I have complained to Vegas World in the past when the games started acting weird and said what ever update they did it made the games horrible! The person said, we make the games for us as if who cares if I win they just care if I spend my money. Do they really think people are going to keep buying charms and Gems to win more if the games just keep taking and taking? They are turning out to be worse than POGO! The photo below shows my score. Just about 4 or 5 months ago I had almost 9 Billion. Once I got too close to 9 billion I started going backward and kept going backward.
