Veena World

It was nice experience, value for money. Variety of game options just good for a day outing. It would have been complete if boating was available at all times. There is natural lake adjacent to the property which could have been used. Staff was co-operative and does their job very well.The mud bike and cycling laps were too small. I wish cycling can be extended as complementary and if they could dedicate more space for it. Food was very good. Overall a great place to hang out. Thanks to the management and staff for maintaining it well.

I had booked a tour through #VEENAWORLD with my friends and their husbands; for China, Hong Kong and Macau... The Veena World employee who filled out the online pre-arrival permit for Hong Kong for me, put 3 key inputs wrong! Result: My permit request got rejected! Purely carelessness, or untrained employees? What do you think?
I only came to know why it got rejected because after she told me that it is rejected, I made her tell me what to fill in while I tried to fill it in myself, and realised that she had selected 'NO' for the question 'Were you ever known by any other name'; had put in my current address instead of the one on my passport; and put my travel details for 2016 wrong! What impression does that give of me to immigration? Tell me? Obviously the data crawler found 3 crucial mismatches and rejected the online application!

And on top of it when I asked Veena World management to write a mail to the Hong Kong immigration, their customer relations person tells me that "We have returned the money therefore we have resolved the issue"! Can you believe this? Would you ever trust a company with this kind of attitude?

I booked package tour for Rajasthan 5days tour, very dis appointed as most of the time we were in bus and just travelling.At location the tour guide just make haste dont allow shopping even. You are scared at every sight of theft n hokkers that you shoukdnt leave the big brand tour grouo of almost 150/-they expected to cobordinate 4buses tigether. Nyussance it was.The griuo should be comoactbof 25-30only. Stopping firctea coffe of each bus together. Sight seeing together of each bus shoyld be indeoendant. Waiting for every bidt was the moto of tour. Also last day when so much was nearby could be covered Oyr tour gyude in yaste took us to airport almost 4-5hours before and we were doing timepass. Although Akshardgam of Ahmedabad was just on d way but they asked us to see jurassic park which was not worth at all. Pkz dont go for this tour, not worth for what we are paying. Veena ji very disappointed this time.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID VEENA WORLD AT ALL COSTS!
One of my relatives booked an Europe trip 3 years ago with Veena world. Unfortunately, the trip was cancelled by Veena World due to Covid-19 outbreak. After taking the complete booking amount, Veena world promised to plan them in the next tour once the tour resumes. My relative was quite understanding, agreed to the proposal and patiently waited for Veenaworld to resume their tour operation. In 2023 Q1, Veenaworld planned them on a tour starting May 2023 at last minute without reserving adequate time for visa processing. Unfortunately, at last minute(in Apr) visa application got rejected. Frustrated with this poor planning by veenaworld and the never-responding customer service, my relative decided to cancel the tour. Since then, she is being totally ignored by Veenworld. Customer service is totally un-responsive (neither responds to her email nor picks her call). She is still awaiting for a fair refund from Veenaworld. I feel that Veenaworld is just a SCAM given the experience that my relative is going through and also based on the worst review I read everywhere. REFRAIN FROM USING ANY OF THE SERVICES FROM VEENA WORLD. I hope the management of veenworld notices these concern and take fair measures, if they still want to be in business.
