I had to leave a review today about this company actually harassing me after i canceled my service today. The engineer is bugged because he handled my inquiry into a technical issue and decided to send a harassing email today. When an SSL error message appeared they said the problem was on my end.Bad SSL on my end? On my computer? Obviously you would have to have mechanical failure or you would have to physically go deep into your computer's SSL settings or certificate to change your SSL set up.
He actually messaged me today after I had cancelled my service with them days ago and switched to another host which was actually cheaper and much faster. When I had a problem all he could do was generalize and now after changing to another host he wants me to teach him problem solving and give HIM the answer I found now? In case they see this I won't give the answer.
When problem I had was related to vb programming they couldn't even go there I think because whoever responded was puzzled not knowing what to do and skipped right over the subject it seemed. People that work in hosting positions aren't developing anything in skills I think and don't much skill to land these positions and keep them. People like this must look up problems from lists of problems or have help software to give a response based on percentages. Still they should have regular classes for development so they can do their jobs without broad generalizations which is all this company may be able to offer If I read them right.
When you have low skill and you're not even from our country you shouldn't pretend your something that you're not. I really didn't consider the danger of working with companies from foreign countries. They still haven't refunded me the balance due me and are so rude they don't even answer you eventually if you decide to part ways at least in my case. At one point he asked me if I could edit my code but couldn't make any suggestions was as close as he could get but couldn't provide a single suggestion.

Stay away from this company if you value your money especially if you are into SEO. I ordered three domains from them and paid with bitcoin. Four days later the domains were unregistered. When I contacted them, they said the domains look like another popular domain so it's fraud and they won't register them. I asked for my money back and they refused to refund. They insist I purchase another item from them and won't refund the money. Stay away if you value your hard earned money.
