Placed an order for a pair of shoes for wedding. Order took three weeks to deliver, arriving past the estimated delivery date, and I paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately the delivery came after the wedding. Sent several requests for a return label with no response. Veaul was happy to take my money but obviously not standing behind their return policy. Buyers beware.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two dresses for $352 USD (17/08/2024) and paid for express shipping. Took them weeks to send it so it didn't arrive on time.
Started a return and sent it back.
I still have not received my refund, and aside from automatic responses, there has been nothing from them.
Disgusting.

SCAMMERS-made an account with them before buying 2 pair of shoes, none email was sent about ANYTHING, no confirmation email for creating an account with them, no email confirming i purchased shoes and no email of confirmation i paid for them so next day i sent request of cancelation of order through "contact us" but they do not respond or canceling a purchase and not refund money,THEY ARE THE SCAMERS, DON"T BUY THERE ANYTHING

Do not buy from here. I fell for it, bought a dress, paid extra and got it rather quickly however I tried to cancel the order and well no one listened. Am trying to return it by their guidelines and NO ONE is contacting me and I am furious to say the least. My question is, has anyone been successful in returning their dress AND getting refunded?

I ordered a dress using the measurements on their website. I had checked the return policy and their website says that you can return the item if it is the incorrect size. The dress was very small on me. I tried starting a return and got the blue screen of death several times. I tried the "contact us" form. They have never contacted me. I have tried contacting them three times and I have never gotten a response. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I ordered my order on Dec 4 and asked for expedited shipping 3 to 6 days.i asked when this was estimated to arrive with no response for last three days. This is unacceptable. If i do not get my order by Dec 11 i will ask for a refund. Why charge for expedited shipping with no tracking info or status updates once ordered?

The only positive thing there is to say about this company is that delivery was fairly quick, but then again I had payed extra for express delivery so that should be a given. I ordered a dress that looked stunning in the photographs online, but when it arrived I was quite shocked by the incredibly poor quality of both the fabric and the tailoring. The colors that had looked so lovely in the online photos couldn't have been more different in real life, garish and cheap looking, and the dress was not inte size I had ordered. When I tried to contact the company to organize a return I received no reply, not by email, phone or in their online chat. I strongly recommend avoiding this company! Only stress, loss of money and headache came from this purchase.

I order a dress in April, it's June and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I contact the support team by email many times and never received an answer. I never received a tracking number or a date of when I should receive my order. Very disappointed and frustrated with the company. I had to report it with my credit card as a scam. I hope this review will help other people.

We bought my daughter's prom dress from this website without properly doing our research. As always, we looked to see if the item would be returnable in case it didn't fit and it said it was. When it arrived, she loved the dress, but it was a little small so we tried to start the return process to exchange it for the next size up. The link to the return form is not active and it has been two weeks since I filled out the contact form and I have had no response. There does not appear to be any other way to contact them and my ticket is listed as being "Low Priority." I have sent several follow-up messages to no avail. Would not recommend them and will never use them again!

I was very nervous to order a dress after seeing the reviews here, but I'm glad I took the chance. The dress arrived in 2.5 weeks and is just what we wanted. My daughter is very happy with it.
Many people mentioned bad customer service, and I did ask a question and not get a response. But for the price, I am very pleased with the result. I'm including a picture of the dress she picked and the one she got for reference.

I ordered a purse on December 27th through Veaul, it's now February 9th and the item still has not shipped. SHIPPING ALONE COST $25. Ive reached out twice now regarding my order and no one has gotten back to me. Don't bother with this company it's a joke and a scam.

Their customer service department DOES NOT EXIST! Bought shoes in September 2022 and after several attempts various ways to contact customer service, I am finally giving up. They do not respond to anything! DO NOT BUY unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you are keeping what you buy!

There are several factors you should consider when shopping for cheap prom dresses. First, consider the event you are attending. You'll need to choose a beautiful dress for this special occasion. There are many styles and colors available.

If I could give them a negative score I would! They sent my dress in plastic and taped it about 50 times so they could save on shipping. It took about 30 minutes to get it out of the plastic. I had to custom order a dress because the size chart was all over the place. I gave them my exact measurements and told them if they had any questions to let me know. When I received the dress it did not fit AT ALL. I'm sure they pulled it off the rack ad mailed it as is. I'm 5'6 and the dress fit as if I was 7 feet tall. Not only that, it did not fit my waist and beads were falling off the dress. I asked to return it/for a refund and they customer service department was beyond rude and I was ignored multiple times and I was told to "Proove" the dress does not fit ( yes that's how they spelled prove.) The website and company is a scam. I went to leave a review as I am very mad and spent almost $200 on the dress and there is nowhere to leave a review even though it says there is! If you look at all the dresses, most none have reviews but the company gave themselves five stars on each dress/ item. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dress from here March 5th with standard shipping (1-2 weeks) for my prom which was going to be on April 2nd the dress didn't arrive until April 12th! I was so upset. So if you plan on buying buy it at least two months in advance As for the dress itself, it does look like a picture. For the price it's a good dress.

This business is bad do not order. I payed fifty dollars for fast shipping and it has exactly a month. Total cost of a dress with fast shipping was 190 dollars and I haven't gotten my dress when I ordered it May 8th and it is now June 8th. No emails updating you about when your order will come, nothing on their website, and even after trying to contact their support team they have not gotten back to me. I commented on their Instagram, contacted their support team and I will be calling my credit card company to get back my money. I added images of all my emails from Veaul; one being my order confirmation and the rest being adds for me to continue wasting my money on their website. None informing me of the status of my package or when it is going to arrive. And it hasn't arrived. I I also emailed Veaul, and clicked on their link that says "contact us" in order to send a complaint, and I sent a complaint twice (one weeks ago and got no reply and the second today) and got no reply. Lost my 190 dollars got no dress after a whole month, long story short. Hope this review can save someone from ordering from this awful scamming site.

If I were you, you should not buy items from this site, it takes a long time before it gets where you want it. But most important the dresses don't look like the photo even the material of which it is made of is very different. It feels like it is a cheap costume for a party. I definitely would not recommend this site to get your prom dress or anything else. It is very sad because you spend a lot of money!

I decided to purchase from this company, but when I found that the dress would not be arriving in time for the event I planned to wear it to, I tried contacting somebody about receiving a refund. Nobody has contacted me and I have not received the dress either.
