EVERYTHING WE ORDERED FROM THIS WEBSITE AND THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH, WAS JUNK. NOTHING WAS LIKE WHAT WAS ORDERED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS AND YOU CANNOT CALL THEM. THEY ONLY RESPOND TO BAD REVIEWS BUT THEN DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO REFUND YOU. THEY ARE NOT IN THE USA AND SEE THE PICS. MY WIFE ORDERED ME A BEAUTIFUL SWEATER A CARDIGAN BUT WHAT CARE WAS A PRINTED NOT KNITTED SWEAT SHIRT HOODIE. IT IS AWFUL AND NOTING KNITTED AND YOU WILL SEE THE PICTURES. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. THEY ARE LIARS AND DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY! WE ARE FILING IN COURT EVERYTHING SHE ORDERED BELONGS IN THE GARBAGE. THOSE PICTURES THEY SHOW YOU ARE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING! 1ST PICTURE IS WHAT WAS ORDERED. 2ND PIC IS THE GARBAGE THEY SENT. THIS IS ONE OUT OF MANY PIECES THAT WERE ORDERED! THE PIECE HAS NO RAISED AREAS IT IS FLAT AND PRINTED!

I'm so offended by the junk they sent me vs the great photo of linen patchwork pants that they market. 100% polyester scam site.
And now they won't send me return/ refund instructions. Instead they say I have to call them in 5 days after they've reviewed my "return application". Pretty obvious why I'm insisting a refund. Call them? Via WhatsApp? Highly offended. Criminals

I bought 2 dresses from them. They were terrible quality and the sizing didn't match the charts. I've tried for almost 3 months to get my money back. They offered me a discount against a future purchase. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. Despite the claim on their website that they have "easy returns", I've gotten nothing but the runaround. I don't think I'll ever see my money. Stay as far away from VChics as you can.

I thought I was receiving cotton clothing with embroidery on it. The pictures are very deceiving and look like that. When I received the clothing they are printed design on cheap polyester fabric. They are terrible looking and cheap! Don't buy from them!

I ordered what was supposed to be a denim jacket with leather patches on it. What I received was not denim and had no leather. It is more of a shirt than a jacket for $69. It is not even good looking. I have had terrible customer service trying to return it. After they finally emailed me back they stated it is a long timely process for returns. I doubt if they will ever resolve this.

Ordered 3 items, definitely not cotton, as advertised. Plus, all 3 items look terrible. Stretched out prints on a dress and shirt, and another dress looks a little better, but not cotton. After emailing them several times, they keep offering me 10-30% coupon. They don't understand, no one will order with them again. I hope everyone will read reviews before ordering from this website, and save their money. This is terrible business. Very bad reputation.

Items are nothing like the photos on the website. Not thick knits but imitation items made of cheap thin material. No returns or refunds possible.

Ordered a knitted sweater and got fabric that looks knitted. This site vchic is nothing but a scam buyer bee ware stay away.Asking to get refund I doubt it they are from China

Ordered 2 cardigans in the picture posted they looked like knitted and chuncky cardigans with 3D cats... What arrived was a print on sweatshirt material, very poor quality. I have asked for a refund.

Please I can't stress enough DO NOT order anything from this dreadful company, no communication, they take your money and that is is, I got my item absolutely nothing like what I thought I was getting, they haven't responded to any of my emails, i only wish I had studied this site and saw all the bad reviews before I purchased my item, use another company they are robbing us hard working people, please take note of this review

I have been disputing with company…
I have been disputing with company since Oct 17 2024. I have asked for a return address to return 7 hoodies I purchased that was not as described and the threads in the seams all showing. I was offered 10% coupon for their website then 20% and still received an address. $160 wasted on poor quality products and now no response. I just want to return on my fine and a complete refund as their website states. This place should be shut down! Buyer beware. Still today October 6 no reply.

I would give zero stars! Bait and switch company. They show these wonderful sweaters and what you receive is total crap. They will not give refunds and return authorizations they only continue to offer you future discounts. Awful awful company. Not to mention I have only received 3 out the 4 items.

What they advertise and what they send are two completely different items, see photos, I ordered a sweater and got a cheap plastic like sweatshirt. BIG difference. They wouldn't refund unless I paid the shipping for their fake merchandise. Luckily, my cc refused the charge since what they shipped wasn't what was shown on their website. BUYER BEWARE!

Slow shipping, terrible quality products, exceptionally poor customer service, refusing to honor my return request.

I have 20+ emails back and forth trying to get a refund for a poor quality dress I ordered. I asked for a refund and they kept offering percentages off another order. I would never order from them again. It is mid July and I've been trying to get a refund since April 30th. They said that their accounts are frozen and they can't give me a refund. I sent 2 more emails and the latest is that they did everything they could to help me which was absolutely nothing. I rated them poorly on a other website and they said they would reach out to get it resolved. That was a lie too. Don't buy anything from this website. It is a scam.

Ordered a green knitted sweater, received a nasty polyester 'sweatshirt' which is an entirely different colour, certainly an entirely different quality. Certainly not what I ordered. Despite several emails, the company will not accept their error. Avoid at all costs.

The clothing was not the correct size. Contacted for a refund authorization and never got a reply after many attempts. Also called a phone number listed and it is not a working number. It took weeks to arrive and it finally arrived the day after the event that I purchased it for. Do NOT purchase from them.

Why can I not give 0 stars?
There is no way that these reviews are real!
This is a FRAUDULENT company operating out of China - they ship from California under following address and name.

But their return department is supposedly located in China somewhere - you have to pay return shipping if they were to issue you a return which they are not. The simple truth is they will never agree to a return nor pay you back.
The fraud is just as per the other reviews given here.
The pictures of their web page are picturing knitted and/or embroidered sweaters but they send you a nylon sweater with PRINTED knits or PRINTED embroidery, not at all as described on their web page pages and refuse you to return any merchandise for whatever reason: SCAM using DECEPTIVE business tactics, UNETHICAL behaviors.
