Honest, informative and accurate valuation, wasn't what I was hoping for but I respect the appraisal of an obvious expert.

My item was valued promptly and questions answered. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism.

Not a 5 stars since nobody is that perfect.
Valid valuation however i expected a higher auction price setting...40 years ago someone would offer me 2500€.so auction price now is not even close...strange

The process of getting an appraisal was very easy, very reasonable priced and creditable!

Have an antique reading chair that i researched before i submitted into you guys. Circa 1775 ive looked up are going for the thousands $6,7,8,9 k.
Who ever gave evaluation sounded, meh.
This isnt a reproduction chair.
Repeated info straight from google search.
One of these chairs is in a museum in Philadelphia. Disappointed with evaluation.

I found this service to be very helpful in identifying my midcentury sofa. I also received my valuation very promptly. The valuation I received however, was slightly undervalued. The valuation was $120.00 and I sold the sofa for $500.0 after receiving multiple offers.

I paid with PayPal and the site did not initially accept the payment... I had to go back in and resubmit the appraisal request with the credit it recognized from my previous my payment... The initial appraisal provided was inaccurate with regard to the description of the clock and market values... But customer support stepped in and fairly addressed the issue...

The online process has been easy. I was very pleased. The research was thorough, informative and the cost is fair and affordable allowing me to use VMS service on several of my pieces. I highly recommend VMS appraisal services.

It was good experience, insightful. The evaluation has given me a relief in knowing the value of my Painting.

Great easy to use the describle of the item was second to none the period was correct too i already knew it anyways would not agree with the value but was great other wise got what i wanted a full item describle so happy days and the turnover was fast also with it be weekend

I need third party appraisals for insurance so thought I'd check out your service. I've been collecting handmade and custom knives for years, and frankly was stunned by how much you undervalued this knife. You completely ignored the Konstantin Lysenko Damascus. Your appraisal included the statement that Robert Flynt's knives were for sale on multiple online platforms. I'd love to know which ones. He hasn't produced a new knife in years. I'd have much preferred you simply tell me you lacked the expertise to appraise the piece, rather than take a stab at it and hope for the best.

This process for appraisal could not have been easier. Just upload photos, measurements, and details you know, and within a couple of days, your appraisal is ready. I did need to add more photos for my appraisals, but the communication went so smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this service.

I have been using this service for many years. It was hit and miss so in addition to ValueMyStuff I would consult with other sources. I believe they are getting better with my last couple of appraisals.

Used them for probably 10 years or more. Always excellent service.

I felt the appraisals were fair and done within the time frame stated.
