I bought a statue from Collectors Row & it had a manufacturers defect from Tweeterhead. Doc took care of me & made it right! These guys are a small business & it takes them a little time to get back to u, but they do & they get it done. They are a great small business & I highly recommend them.
I purchased a doll for $500 dollars from these people and never received it. I've been reaching out to them for months on all known platforms and phone numbers listed for the business with no response.
I ordered a couple of things off of this website and I was initially a little concerned because I wanted to make sure I received the manufacturer box with my sideshow toy and most places usually find a way to screw this up. So I contacted them and the customer service was very friendly and helpful. When I received my order not only did I get the manufacturer box but it was packaged so carefully and not shipped directly in it! I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future as I fulfill my collection over time.
