Minimal information other than what was originally provided. No reference to historical significance, especially with the Director of Publicity Scrapbook items, even after mentioning that the Historical Society of the NY Stock Exchange is very interested in these scrapbooks.
I kept getting error messages when using the website on a mobile browser that pictures weren't uploading, and experiencing difficulty with the email verification reloading. Resulted in multiple requests being submitted. Customer service did reach out amd remedied the situation. Very happy with the estimate and the turnaround time.

I needed a written appraisal for some validity on a sale. I sent in 6 to 7 pictures of my item. I had a turnaround response within 48 hours with a very descriptive valuation. This process was perfect for me, and I will be back!

The experts are far from experts. They use opinions, tribal/google knowledge, and "probablies" to give you their "value". I'm not just a salty customer. I have proof their valuations are bogus.

While we can understand your frustration at discovering your items are not genuine antiquities, we are able to offer our assurance our reports are not bogus.
Your items were reviewed by two separate specialists, both with many years experience in appraising and determining fakes from real. Our Tribal art specialist has travelled extensive through Africa and worldwide, where the selling of 'authentic' goods is prevalent. While it is regrettable your items, whilst decorative, are not authentic, this does not make us bogus or our reports inaccurate.
