I sent over 50 items to value my stuff and received 45 valuations promptly, the balance 5 was withheld due to additional fotos required. I have found them extremely prompt professional and responsive to my queries and problems... i especially found them very good at european ar t and indian art and chinese porcelain and recommend them to anyone looking for a genuine valuation
Their lists of experts are incredible\, which is why i went to them in the first place... i also put 3 antique buddha bronzes, tibetan nepali and chinese for auction on their site auction mystuff, while i received 70 views each, sadly, i did not get nany bids perhaps due to the fact im based in india and it is difficult to send antiques out of, though chinese and tibetan tiques are not banned. But the experienc was very good and i recommend them to all interested in the world of art and antiques, ross deas... one of indias largest antique collector.

So far so good, we'll see when I get my appraisal, got my appraisal in two days,now looking for buyers.

The staff were nice and accommodating. I got what I paid for. I did come to realize that I need a comprehensive valuation rather than a quick look.

I would have liked to have learned more about the painting itself I.e the age of the painting, style, period etc. I understand it's too difficult to determine the artist.

I am always confident in having an appraisal completed with experts in their field and professionalism. Whatever item I have brought to them, I can expect a thorough review, honesty and integrity.

So easy to use. Uploaded pics and details and received a certificate which gave its value and also contained excellent information about my item.

Appraisal produced nothing I could use. Value was inaccurate even compared to provided comparables. Didn't use decent photo in report despite being provided with plenty.

Takes too long to get a verifying e mail, then it is tricky to get back to your request.

Regarding the actual appraisal, I wonder if it was done by a human or an algorithm.

Review came back faster than expected. A lot of information, more than I expected. Next time I find something unusual, I'm bringing it here to these experts.

I found the whole experience really easy I had two valuation done. I've since downloaded the app where you can see your valuation and since bought credit for another three items I want valued.
