I was hoping my appraiser would have provided an appraisal for the picture and frame separately from the overall value restored or not. Plus, where in my area I could take it to do such restoration.

They did any excellent job evaluating and giving me a price for my item. Extremely helpful as I was not able to find a single other one for sale on the internet to compare myself.

I am a grandmother who just moved out of California where I was born. I am downsizing and am giving a lot of family treasures (sterling silver, Chinese, African, and American Indian art pieces, original paintings, limited edition prints, antique furniture, both English, French and early American) to members of my family. It is important to know the value of my "STUFF" to make my gifting fair and for shipping insurance fees. Also, what I chose to keep needs to be insured, not only for my protection, but for future distribution.

So far I have had 16 evaluations done out of the twenty purchased. I plan to get another ten or more, depending on what I decide is necessary as I unpack. To date, I must say that I have been more than presently surprised with the evaluations and the explanations as to how they are based on auction value and second market sales. All my questions were answered immediately, professionally and with patience so that I clearly understood their answers and explanations.

To date, all my correspondence has been with Ruth. She has been totally accommodating, caring and exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable, and right from the beginning she has encouraged me to ask questions and to share my thoughts. I am grateful for the friendly and professional way I have been treated. I am happy to highly recommend the service provided by "Value My Stuff".

I was given a concise report with as best a valuation that I could hope for.

This is my go to for appraising some of the odd things we've collected over the years before donating them or giving them away. It's been extremely helpful.

I was pleasantly reminded that there are still beautiful souls in the world. I needed an appraisal in exactly 48 hours or I would lose the only opportunity I would have to purchase my late mother's china. I had some issues following their directions. Somewhere between downloading the photos, purchasing and then using the credit to get the china appraised something happened and the entire transaction was lost. Of course it took 48 hours to find that out.

When I tried the second time I explained about my failed first attempt and what it meant, and asked if 48 hours was the expected or average turn around time.

Within hours, along with an apology and the reassurance that they were working on making their website more user-friendly, I received word that a specialist was able to complete my appraisal in record time.

It's nice to know that there are some companies that are still able to treat each customer as an individual human being and not just a Confirmation #.
I will be singing VMS's praises to everyone and anyone who will listen.
And being able to compare other appraisals of similar sets if and when made available will be of great help as well.

Very easy to use, very fast, better response than some sites, but detail lacking in the appraisal that makes it hard to know if I'm getting good value.

Valuemystuff is very efficient. I have used two times, and both times, received appraisal information in a timely manner. I will be happy to use again, as I am cleaning out more closets, etc.

Easy to send in an item. All correct. I received a certificate with the confirmation and a price for insurance and also one for auction. Good service.
