I felt that the appraisal didn't shed any new light on the item's origin and didn't give any explanation as to how the valuation was arrived at. In the end it didn't give me any more info than I could have surmised myself by looking at it.

The appraisal was very well written and full of detailed and helpful information about the piece.

Its not the values given but the responses are from unfriendly to downright rude in some respects.
Further, for my last valuation I gave the measurements (in cm's) on my item description plus the measurements were also provided on the Authenticity Cert...also in cm's. I was disappointed to contacted and asked whether the measurements were in cm's or inches!

I used this service to evaluate a family heirloom before I gave it as a wedding gift to the younger generation. It was nice to have the appraisal to print off and include with the item. I thought I had an antique Turkish rug. Really wanted to know it's value and background. Found out it was not what I thought it was but still worth more than I paid for it! I recently went to an event were multiple Stallone items were auctioned off. These items were not near as rare as the item I have signed and sold for substantially more than my appraised value from value my stuff. I would be curious how the value of the appraised item was arrived at because feel the value was extremely low for the item.
The process was very clear and easy. Inputted my information and recieved the certificate in 48 hours. The valuation was clear laid out with backup for how they came to the appraisal number. I will use this site again!
It went as expected. On time delivery and a professional assessment of my "gods". Unfortunately the expected value of my danish china wasn't that high that I hoped but I had the feeling it wouldn't.

The process of getting an appraisal was very easy, very reasonable priced and creditable!
I ordered a 24 hour evaluation. At about 40 hours, I didn't have it. When i reached out, I received a refund for the quick evaluation and an evaluation in about 30 minutes. I'm not sure that I can trust the evalution as it was done very quickly to avoid a refund for the standard 48 hour review.
