I received a bad looking, not genuine Apple product. Want to return, but not possible. They say every mail that they will refund, but still waiting for my money. The exact message is: 'As soon as we refund you, we will let you know'. It's a scam, don't buy anything from this 'company'

I ordered an otterbox case from Valucase. I took ages to arrive (about one month). I received the correct case but the color was wrong. Customer support is very responsive but nothing happened. Now after 3 months of original order I still do not have a replacement nor a refund.

Ordered 57.00 earbuds tried to return cost 61.00 you tell me. Came from Hong Kong my first mistake. If you read this spread the word. Products are knock off products. If I could pick no stars I would pissed off.

As simple as this these guys, so fake gear and when you receive the goods and realise it's fake, they just send reply after reply after reply from an automated email saying as soon as they have an update then come back to you I never do and eight weeks and I'm still waiting for replacement with an original genuine case. Do not use these people you will never see your money again.

There are not a real business, the phone number is fake, the address is not real and not such as company registered. The best option contact your credit card or bank to claim and dispute as scam under "Brilliance Star".

Valucase is a scam! Don't buy from them! I ordered an expensive cellphone case and they sent me the cheapest case possible. For the past three months I've been trying to first get them to send me the correct case and eventually a refund. All of my emails were replied to with "We're checking with the warehouse" by what probably is a bot. Judging by the great number of identical reviews, this must be Valucase's (criminal) business concept. My mistake I hadn't checked their reviews.

Update Nov. 8th, 2022: today, I was informed by a very informal email that I'd already been sent a refund a few days ago (three months after my purchase). It's showing up on my credit card statement as a payment from "BRILLIANCE STAR, TUEN MUN". They never sent out any notification they were processing a refund and just yesterday, I received another one of those "we're checking with the warehouse" emails. I'm standing by my one-star rating.

Do not buy from them they are crooks, they'll send you the wrong item intentionally and then when you contact them they'll see they will send a replacement which they never do.chines websites a scammer.

Not that it didn't take forever. Not that it took six days after my credit card was charged to even get a tracking number and that was after I emailed threatening to dispute payment. And not that I would ever do business with ValuCase again. But I dodged a bullet and did receive the Motorola Boom bluetooth I ordered. It wasn't boxed but appears to be new and works fine and all the components were included in the baggy envelope.

I bought a headset which turned out to be defective. Since it was still under warranty, they said I could send it back and they would send a replacement. They did, but with another item which I didn't want. Since then they keep sending robot-like messages "when we get an update we will update you". This is ongoing for 5 months. Difficult to decide whether the customer service is held by human beings.
Stay away!

I ordered a Motorola Bluetooth on 9/26/23, it arrived months later broken. They asked I take a picture and send to them which I did. After months of on line communication saying a new one was on its way(which I never got) I have asked for refund-now I get no response. The so called company are scammers, crooks, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Order confirmation *******

Bought a Motorola H740 Bluetooth headset from them. I did arrive but in a bag and broken. Asked for a replacement and they keep telling me the warehouse will notifie me when it ships. It's been over a month. The other weird thing is that the office seems to be in Hong Kong but they ship from Mississauga! Not sure, can't prove it, but my credit card was frauded since then.
So my advice, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Sent fake product. I ordered an Otterbox product (clearly stated as such on their website) - have been sent a very clearly fake product. They insist on their website customer is liable for all return costs - not sure how this can be the case when they're falsely advertising products. Also sent the wrong colour (black, not turquoise). Don't buy from them - it's a con.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR 3 MONTHS TO GET ONEPLUS 10 PRO ORIGINAL CASE THEY OFFER ON WORLDWIDE WEBSITES, LIKE GOOGLE AND ALL, BOUGHT ONE IN AUGUST, GOT CHEAP NONAME CASE WORTH MAYBE 1/3RD OF WHAT I PAID, ASKED FOR PROPER ONE AND... THREE MONTHS PASSED "OFFICE STAFF IN SWEDEN SENDS YOU SAME REPLY - YOUR REPLACEMENT IS BEING PROCESSED BY WAREHOUSE, WILL LET YOU KNOW ONCE HEAR FROM THEM", WASTE OF TIME, FEEL LIKE MONEY STOLEN, PHOTOS OF WHAT THEY OFFER AND RECEIVED ITEM ATTACHED

They send you the aftermarket product not original so the quality is horrible. Also, they sent me the wrong color and for months they've been saying that they will send me at least what I ordered. I wanted to ask for a refund and they said I have to ship the product back to Hong Kong and pay for it. I am not confident that even if the product arrives there, I'll get my money back. What a scam! Very disappointed.

They sent out my otterbox case. First off, the case feels cheap and an imitation, not near as sturdy and resistant as my real otterbox case I bought from Best Buy. Furthermore, they sent the wrong one. When I confronted them, they said they would send a replacement. It's been 2 months and no replacement. Contacted them five times in the interim, and the same answer, we will contact you when it ships. And it never ships.

They take ages, send a fake/generic case. Refuse your refund and disappear off the face of the earth. MASSIVE SCAM, DO NOT USE. Only gave it a 1 as zero isn't an option.

I Purchased 3 Plantronics products from valucase. The goods received were nothing like the Plantronics items that I had ordered and were marked and appeared very 2nd hand. Nothing but a USB cable was with them. I complained to Paypal who said they had accepted the claim, but then said that the bad online reviews were lies! I then asked to talk to a supervisor, whilst waiting for ages the line dropped out & the following day Paypal had closed the case in their favour WTF Paypal. The stuff received was nothing but useless junk! Shame on Valucase and shame on Paypal

They sent very incorrect Chinese fake not advertised product and refuse to return my money or replace after 5 months of procrastination. Absolute joke. IT IS A SCAM.
