Not that it didn't take forever. Not that it took six days after my credit card was charged to even get a tracking number and that was after I emailed threatening to dispute payment. And not that I would ever do business with ValuCase again. But I dodged a bullet and did receive the Motorola Boom bluetooth I ordered. It wasn't boxed but appears to be new and works fine and all the components were included in the baggy envelope.
Tip for consumers:
Though my experience turned out OK, I would heed the warnings posted by the other contributors and avoid using this vendor.
