Very hard to book! Website took forever. Thought we would go to venue for ticket pick up but had to go instead to the welcome center. 30 minutes standing around waiting to receive them. Would not recommend them.

We were in the Clearwater area on October 29th and did 2 excursions thru Vacations Made Easy. We booked Clearwater Dolphin Cruise and Calypso Queen Tropical Party Buffet Cruise which totaled $566.11 that included a processing fee of $47.08. When we got to the excursions we found out we could have gotten both deals combined for $289.76. I called Vacations Made Easy after we got home and asked how they could charge $276.35 above the retailers. They informed they didn't release they were that much more then the vendors but they would not refund any of our money. So beware of these scammers.
I'm very satisfied. Easy to follow steps. Called and spoke with Debra today to make sure everything was in order and she explained everything very well. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to book a vacation. I can't wait to go to Pigeon Forge. We got an excellent deal.
Good value. Wish tickets were held at theater Will Call instead of getting the voucher at their office by 6pm... we called because we would not be in town until about 6.30 so Bretton and the helpful phone staff managed to get the theater to have the tickets for us... This company will not refund your money under any circumstance. They have very kind employees that are given no ability to make the customer happy. Do not go through this company if you have any concern whatsoever that your plans might change. Their policies will swallow your money completely. It is no wonder why they are not certified by the better business bureau. Do not waste your money. Find a business with more integrity and better customer service. They even have a prerecorded message when transferred to a supervisor that they "understand you might be very upset but to please be polite". That is never a good sign. I feel terrible for the poor supervisors. Will not be supporting this company in the future.

This third-party booking company is awful! It's nothing but a big inconvenience to you while you are near a vacation. The entertainment that they have a book is also not any better. Run from this company. Check the Better Business Bureau for a track record of very poor reviews.
