Order just one show for when we would be in Myrtle Beach SC It should have been a total of $59.00 dollars, The next day i was charged $678.00 I called immediately to advise a mistake had been made and I want only one show not every show they had listed on their web site. The girl said no problem Than she said I would only get a refund of 65% and a gift card for 35% That was being "generous" because their site states you get a refund but only in gift certificates. Im upset because I never wanted tickets to ALL their shows We were only going to be visiting for several days and wanted to take my wife to a show. I than spoke with Nina who was a supervisor There web site states "Don't worry we have a 100% refund policy" Great but it is for gift certificates only. WE finally reached a compromise and I would get to tickets for two shows and the rest put back on my credit card. When finished she charged me $211 for the shows and refunded me $$420 I noticed that did not total the $678 they had charged me Yes they said they were keeping the difference So much for the 100% refund as long as you cancel within 48hrs

Agent was very kind and helpful in making the reservations. In dealing with 2 different agents the total experience went very well. Kindness and courtesy was given me. I enjoyed the experience.
I booked 2 events the 1st one was correct but the 2nd event was the wrong time and I wasn't aware until I arrived for the event that the event was earlier than I clicked on and when I picked up the vouchers the lady printing them knew the time on vouchers were for the event already in progress and failed to say anything other than you have a good day. I called back to VME office and the next lady I spoke too was very rude and basically told me it wasn't her problem.

The booking process seemed easy. I booked online and went to the given address to pick up my tickets. The assistant was very friendly and it was an easy process.
It was easy to use and the package deals saved us several dollars. The confirmation process was very detailed as to what to do once we arrive as well as how to pack.

Below 1 rating. I bought tickets for a Nashville tour ride and when I called tonight (12/12/21) was told that my reservation has passed. I was transferred to a supervisor. That was joke! She was a young sounding girl who got a title and was so rude. She continued to cut me off when I was trying to talk and I reminded her of the recording that they have about professionalism and courtesy. Ultimately she told me she was the only person in charge and there was no on above her and when I told her I was not happy with this answer. She repeated "there is nothing we can do" and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and apparently they are not endorsed by the BBB due to the same types of complaints. I should have reviewed the BBB site prior to purchasing my tickets. I will continue to write poor reviews until I get my refund. Don't use these people. I did not go to this website but rather to the Nashville Trolley ride site it self and I was redirected to this site. They are NOT professional or helpful
We purchased a Clearwater Beach dolphin cruise online for two people. We were charged $105.00
For the two tickets. When we went the day of the cruise tickets were $26.99 and this was the normal price. We called called Vacation Made Easy because they are a third party and asked why they cgarged us teice the amount and if they would refund the difference. They refused to do so. The boat tour company also was only paid $50.00 from Vacation Made Easy. So they actually lost money on our tickets. The boat company tried to get a refund for us as well. The supervisir from Vacstion made easy was very rude. I will never usethis company again or reccomend them to anyone else. They steal you blind!
$190 for just 2 entry tickets to seaworld. This place should be investigated and shutdown. RUN AWAY! Even the people at river city fun pass were in shock when they saw it.

Over charge prices for tickets, then say they're giving you one free, for each one. After changing double the price of the Venue tickets. Cancelation policy takes 35 percent of your money for tickets that customers booked online independently. They give gift card refunds that can ONLY be used with Vacations made easy. SHOULD BE CALLED VACATIONS MADE DIFFICULT! THEY'RE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMERS F RETENTION. BUYERS BEWARE. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED AND NOT ABLE TO GET A FULL REFUND. GET YOUR GUIDES IS A BETTER COMPANY TO USE AND FULLY REFUNDABLE YPTO 24HRS BEFORE THE EVENTS.

I used my credit card to pay for a fishing trip near Myrtle Beach, SC before reading reviews (my mistake), but the site assured that cancelations were allowed up to 48 hours before the trip. I called to cancel because of the HORRIBLE REVIEWS and wS told that I could get a gift certificate for the full amount or 65% of the full amount if I turned down the first option. Needless to say, I called my bank, canceled the card and ordered a new one. BUYER BEWARE!

When we arrived at the hotel it was awful. Bed Bugs, Poop on sheets, Blood on wall with a side of MOLD! SO I CALLED AND IT TOOK 2 HOURS OF TRYING TO GET ANOTHER ROOM and once they did, they wanted $ 400 on top of what we already paid plus they wouldn't refund the night of arrival money which was like $80, even though I called at 3pm when we arrived! THIS COMPNAY IS A JOKE! BEWARE! NOT HELPFUL AND DIDNT CARE HOW THEY TREATED THERE CUSTOMERS

We had booked a Happy Hour cruise for my friends 50th Birthday celebration aboard the Bleu Wave. Unfortunately, because of the Caldor Fires the EQI levels and evacuations going on in South Tahoe, we had to cancel our trip. I called Vacations Made Easy and spoke with Kristin to see if they would honor a 100% refund due to the circumstances of what's happening there. She advised that they will not refund 100% as they have not cancelled any of their cruises at this time. How on earth can they still be operating with the smoke and air quality. She was very adamant that they were going to stick with their policy of 65% refund or 100% credit for future use. Why in the world would I want to use them in the future if they were not willing to work with me in this instance. That's insane to not change your policy due to the circumstances and not offer people full refunds. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking into this cruise to not book with them as they obviously do not care. If there was a negative star I would of chosen it
